      I have to give 1 star because that is the lowest rating I can pick. Otherwise I will go negative 1000. The worst credit card customer service. They didnt answer my questions and didnt understand my questions. They always interrupt me or even hang up on me. The supervisor is even worse. She kept lying to me even when I confronted her. Dont do business with them. You will regret if you do. Run away from this bank as fast as possible.

      We signed up for this card at ***** under the 18-month no-interest promotion. Six months later, we made another purchase, which was also offered with an 18-month no-interest plan. We believed we had paid off the first purchase, but it turns out that our payments were being split between both purchasesa detail that was never disclosed to us until we called to inquire about an unexpected interest charge.A ***** associate informed us that we needed to call to specify how we wanted our payments allocated, something we would have gladly done had we been made aware of this policy. The lack of transparency in how payments are applied has been incredibly frustrating.It would be a negative star if that was possible.

      This company is a ripoff paid my account in full They closed my account but still charging me interest.used the account two or three times.charged me more in interest than the credit the gave me.

      Do NOT sign up for a credit card with this company! I bought a dog with ******* that salesperson said had been there for a long time. I fell for it. I am now having to go through many hoops to confirm the account is closed after I paid it off already. I originally agreed to their deal to pay off the account with advertised 0%APR. However, there was a service charge every month and late fees during the 12 month period. On top of that, if the account is not paid in full by the 12 months, they charge interest on your INITIAL Balance. **************** whom I've worked with charged interest after the promotional period charge based on what was left. This is standard practice.They are now trying to charge me interest on an account that had $0 balance. I had even called their number listed on the website after I paid to confirm the account was closed. The representative said it was closed. I called after seeing a new charge emailed to me and they are telling me I have to pay interest on an amount before I paid off the account to $0. I paid everything before the due date. In addition, they only use a call center now, so even if you wanted to call the same representative again to confirm your account was closed properly, you cannot.Comenity's credit practices are comparable to loan sharks.

      Terrible customer service. This company assesses a $41.00 late fee if your payment posts one day after due date in addition to a fee added to your agreed upon payment amount. I wish I would have gone with another company. Stay away from this one!

      ******************************************** card. I only receive an email to pay my bill AFTER it is late not the notice they said they sent for the bill. Instead they have charged a late fee of 100% of my bill. This also happened in May and I was told they would return the fee I paid . They did not. Now in August I get the late notice and check my emails to confirm I never received the original bill due notice, same as in May. They again said they would refund but the first person said it would take until October to refund and if I cancel my card within 3 months they would charge it back. The second person said that is not correct. This feels shady and awful convenient that the bill notices conveniently dont show up until they tack on a high late fee. My credit is extremely good and I havent had a late bill on my credit in decades so being charged and told I didnt pay my bill on time is very frustrating.

      This notice is in regards to a consumer credit card dba Michaels hobby store: signed up for a credit card and was never sent the actual card. I bought $75 dollars of product when I signed up for the account. I received a statement from this bank AFTER the payment was due and paid the amount in full via paper check/us mail. They charged me 30$ late fee plus interest. I called them and they refused to remove the late fees and interest and added another month late fee for a total of 67$ in late fees.

      Poor communication and prostitution better than what they do. Had to call 100 different agents to get clarity on my account.i have asked to schedule the payments of my outstanding balance to distribute into 4 and they deducted minimum payments end of the day slapped me with financial charges. When my order value is less than what they were mentioning, I called customer care before any promotional plans and they have f****** hidden charges came upto ******* when my order value in **** was less than 1970 a year back and have been paying after an year. If 1 month the deduction didnt happen it should carry over to next month and should produce the total amount owed but didnt happen. This is scamming bank agency never trust this ************* !!! Why **** like a reputable company sell this credit account to them I dont know. Look at the reviews

      Applied while checking out with Petco account. I was approved. I wasn't provided with any information other than the last 4 of the card. I have tried contacting them multiple multiple times and everyone you speak to gives you the run around. They state that the information is accessible by Petco. THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT THE ********* All you get is we can't help. It's the store's problem. How can it be the stores problem when neither the store or myself have the information??? WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

      This is a terribly run and incredibly unethical financial institution. I encountered them when I signed up for a credit card through Academy Sports. Comenity's terms, unbeknownst to me, upon sign up were entirely different than my signed agreement with Academy. For instance, Comenity charges monthly minimum without notice to customers. This is both fraud and extremely predatory. When attempting to dispute/resolve, you'll notice they don't even have customer service, leading the customer to a dead end. I hope they eventually get sued into oblivion and whoever is culpable thrown in prison.
