      Ive had my card that I use at Gamestop for years. Ive spent plenty through them, but I cancelled my account today. I was highly disappointed that they charged me a late fee when I submitted my payment on my due date. I understand that there are timezone differences but I never have had to pay a $30 late fee for a $30 payment I made on the due date with any other lender. FYI, I made the payment before 5pm CST. Dont use Comenity, choose anyone else.

      Worst bank Ive ever worked with. Unwilling to help with a $32 fee for a balance for $9 balance. Now I owe over $41 dollers when I was supposed to owe $9. My online banking got shut down due to not logging in for 2.5 months and now Im being punished. Ive been a credit card holder for years and have never been late or missed a payment so I closed my account immediately.

      We used these clowns for our Helzberg Diamonds account. We were enrolled in paperless. When our NEW APR appeared from our promotion, they NEVER SENT A PHYSICAL LETTER. WHY WOULD YOU NOT?? SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT. WE ARE PAYING $2400 BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. WHAT A SICK BUSINESS PRACTICE. Life gets crazy and I want to depend on a great company to remind me of important things like this. No, you only care about money and it shows. Account has been closed and we will never be using you and we will never recommend. I hope everyone reading this knows how important this is. This company doesn't care about you. They want to stick it to you and take your money. I am so disappointed and hurt. These are hard times and we are trying to get by.

      customer service was very poor. first conversation with one of the service representatives did not go well. He was extremely sarcastic. I whole hardly agree with all the other reviews posted !!!!!!!!!! They are a DISCRASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

      I missed two payments because I had to bury a loved one. The harassing phone calls started from the first missed payment. I've been paying my dues on time for the last few years. First it's the Private calls, then the bank. I've never felt so defeated trying to play catch up. Don't do business with them, they are not humans.

      Poor communication resulted in an interest charge of over $350 for a balance that was one payment away from being paid off. Zero specific warning (like other banks) that the promotion was ending. As they put it, "We print it on every statement". My response: "You're doing shady business". I paid them the extra money. I hope that $350 was worth the thousands we might have spent at ****** No way would I ever make another purchase from them because of this bank. I hope they are ultimately held accountable for what is surely a predatory situation. Unconscionable and unforgiveable.

      I had several credit cards with this company. *** paid them off received my zero balance letters and I would never ever do business with this bank even If my life depended on it, thank God, I have other credit cards with great banks! This is the worst bank ever I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy, this is not a good way to establish credit. They try to find every way to ruin your credit. Please be mindful in regardless how desperate you are to have a credit card do not make the mistake of using this bank. I had to give one star because your forced to. They Wont allow you to post without selecting a star. They do not deserve. no stars because they arent not worthy of any!! also, the calls are routed to other countries. The people on the other end do not understand English and have hung up on me several times too thank God I no longer have any cards with Comenity! Awful business practices!!!

      Horrid company to go through for a store credit card. I was late by ************************************************************************** since. They have called me at least 4 times a day since 7/16/2024. They have called from Colorado numbers, Georgia numbers and even No Caller ID.BEWARE. Do not use comenity bank. Currently working with a law firm who is going against them for violating FDCPA and TCPA.

      **************** called me private and threatened to affect my credit after I called to inform them that I was splitting my payments in two. They also, have account assure that is supposed to help when a loss of job occurs! Well being that I am a military spouse I had order to move and resigned which is normal. Well they were rude and declined to assist me. WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!
