      Dell pay customer
on October 11 I called and asked why I have not received a statement and that I cannot login to the website. The rep told me that I would have to get a new credit card number and that she will mail my statement. Today is November 1 I have not received a statement nor credit card. on October 31, 2023. My conversation with the rep was cut off due to technical difficulties on their end. I tried calling back again but couldn’t get through. I refuse to pay any late fees due to the negligence of this company. My goal is to pay my card off and close this account. I never had any issues prior to this.

I am absolutely FURIOUS with these people.
We applied for a loan for my wife to get some dental work. They sent a letter dated 10/3/23 that we needed to call in to verify my wife's identity. We called on 10/17/23 and spent 20 minutes on the phone at which point the young lady said it was still under review and that we would receive another letter approving or denying soon. Today we received a letter stating my wife was denied because they COULDN'T VERIFY HER IDENTITY! We called and were told that once an application had been denied we would have to reapply even though this was THEIR fault. We took a hard hit on our credit only to be denied due to no fault of our own (our credit is very good, so that wasn't the issue). This company is a scam and deserves every bit of their 1-star rating. STAY AWAY!

Took out a 2 year interest free credit card for cataract surgery. Received a bill but never received the credit card. Called that I never received the card and so far issued me 3 new credit cards which I never received but did receive a bill. They obviously have my address to send a bill but not the right address to send the card. Called 4 times since Sept 26 with no satisfaction. They keep canceling the previous card and say they will send another card which I haven’t received any credit card.

Well, I used to have a Big Lots Charge but it was cancelled after I did not use it for a while. I was in *********, KY big lots a few months ago and (August) and was asked if I wanted to apply for a card. I have a credit rating of 740. My card was denied because at the age of 72 years old I am not old enough to enter into a contract. "Under the age of majority.: LOL I have more credit than I will ever use so I n9o longer wish to do business with Comenity Bank. . ** *** ****** *********  One of my cards has a $10,000 credit limit and the balance is $0. Another card has $5600 limit and balance is under $10. All of my dining room and living room furniture is from Big Lots. Also an entertainment center fireplace in my family room. Your loss! ***** ******* **** ****** ***** ********* ** *****

I'm near the end of my Dell computer account, and was told it would transfer to Comenity (i.e. Bread) on October 9th. Never received promised info packet with new account#. Called supplied Comenity number about Oct. 10th so I could be sure to make my first payment to them; they could tell me nothing but said they would send a new packet. Called about the 20th with a snarky "it takes 7-14 days." On the 27th I received a note with my new account number AND a statement with a late fee charged. I called on the 28th and got the new "helpline" apparently based in India; the rep stated she was removing the late fee right away. Beginning first thing this morning (29th) I have already received FOUR calls supposedly from Comenity but every one a different number, and a quick recorded message saying to "call xxx-xxxx" number then disconnecting. I already tried to set up my new account online but got the message they were having "technical issues" and to try later. I don't know what is going on but they've had since August to set this all up. I'm definitely not giving them my banking info. They'll get payments the old-fashioned way and I will have all the evidence.

I have a card with commenity bank that has charged me over 500 on interest and late fees for an account I used once and paid. I was still making payments and then i fell on hard times. I missed some payments i started making payments again realized the more money i paid each month my balance just wouldnt go down. I have tried to close my account for a year. They tell me its closed but when i chevk my credit report then balance keeps going up and up. I called customer service to get the extra 500 reduced to something more manageable. Considering i never spent over the limit they gave me. I got yelled by two supervisors and they refused to take off the 7 late fees they fraudulently charged me and posted to my credit report. No can help me understand why they charged me so much interest or fees and i only spent 96 on 150 credit limit and I paid that back. Once i paidback what I spent they kept charging me a minimum balance which i would pay till i fell on hard times, but after a while no kne could tell me why i has so many charges. I tried to get a settlement today but the customer service rep and two supervisor talked to me like trash and wouldn't help me. I them asked if my account is closed why am still getting charged. I have other closed accounts with a balance but there is no interest. Im am visibly shaking because no one has ever talked down to me like this company and victoria secret should be ashamed to use these people as their bank for there store cards. I have tried over year to clarification on the account if how their financial charges and late fees work. I hsve never had 40 Dollar late fee. Then they charged me like 8 times. I know i may been a day late. Your supposed to get late charges after 15 days. This company is a bunch of crooks. Now I owe 650 or a 150 credit limit. Commenity bank are crooks and they dont care about the consumer or if you fall or hard times. A couple payments go behind because i was using debt consolidation told they pay

First off, I am reporting this bank as a total scam. I should have never agreed to apply for the Ulta credit card. I was late my first payment because it was sent via mail, and when I called to pay off my balance I was assured all was ok as far as my credit was concerned. Then summer came and they proceed with charging interest only on a late payment (which customer service assured was cleared) and bills sent via snail mail while I was away. Two late payments reported to my credit and dropped my credit report by over 50 points for a $14 late and interest fee. I mailed their credit department and they refused to help me with my credit. Don’t bother trusting this bank. They will ruin your good credit for a mere $14. After reading reviews below this is how they get their money - assure you all is well and then hit you with three charges and report your credit. I will proceed with putting a formal complaint, blast on social media to warn others, and will fight for my credit record. What a nightmare! I even refuse to shop at Ulta anymore!!

If I could give ZERO Stars I would! This BREAD FINANCIAL took over my Comenity Mastercard. And it has been HELL EVER SINCE. I have a Credit Card with a Credit Limit of $14,000 that is UNUSABLE!!! I Received notifications that AFTER September 16th, 2023 Bread Financial would be taking over Comenity Bank. I have been with Comenity for 7 YEARS!!!! I have NEVER experienced any issues. I was to Receive this new BREAD FINANCIAL AMERICAN EXPRESS Card to REPLACE my Mastercard. Long story short, I NEVER RECEIVED MY CARD........I have both my son's as Authorized Users. They Received their physical cards, yet I still have NOT!!
September 16 I have called and spoken to 8 DIFFERENT people! I CONTINUOUSLY am being told Their Is some kind of HOLD/LOCK On my Account that NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN. Meanwhile I STILL HAVE A $14,000 CREDIT LIMIT, WITH ZERO, YES ZERO AVAILABLE CREDIT........WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?????. Again I have spoken to 8 Different people, all who have reassured me that a SUPERVISOR has been informed and I should CONTINUE TO CALL BACK IN 24 TO 48 HOURS!!!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING BACK SINCE SEPTEMBER 16TH AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO ASSIST ME. There has been NO FOLLOW UP Communication, No EMAIL, NO Letter Correspondence! I Have 2 Other AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARDS, And Have Am Very Pleased with their customer service/assistance. This BREAD FINANCIAL IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND I HOPE TO SEE THIS COMPANY ACQUIRE THE WORST POSSIBLE BUSINESS RATING THERE IS.

They are not including interest charges in told balance owed every month, so they can charge you interest. They told me 3 times on the phone, that I need to remember that I owe that past interest they do not include it in my statement balance. How is this legal? The bank should be shut down.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK, DO NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD OUT WITH THIS BANK
TRIPLE AAA SHOULD NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS BANK, I only accept the credit card because of Triple AAA's reputation.
They should have no stars and they should be closed down!
