After dealing with their system issues for 2hr, and having to call them and Wayfair they said ok we fixed it! Then i get shown im approved and for how much. I pick a payment plan and then they ask for an image of my driver's license. I give it thinking this is normal and guess what??? They then say you're denied at this time and after several hits to my credit report, which they say ohhh no we don't do hard hits
(that's a lie)!! AFTER I GIVE MY SS# They then within ohhh i don't know 30 minutes or so, sell all my info and then i start getting text messages about me receiving money from Citizens Bank, andf stating to click this link if it's not you!!! I'm getting click bate for scammers now!!!!! I have recieved about 9 emails from random scammers. Not even ads people!!! Scammers!! ... seriously. Not a legit company i feel. I asked why they did it this way, and she stated some people need to show their ID because they seem like something is not right with their info!!! I delt with your system acting up, you didn't recognize my phone carrier, and i had to call multiple times to 2 different companies customer service numbers to get this far, AND MY info seems off?? You get my SS#, an image of my DRIVER'S LICENSE, my email, phone number, house number, CELL PHONE# and then Denie me? I have established credit with other places, my credit is not that bad! But i seem off? I'm not sure what happened here but please be careful with whom you intrust your info with. Because the emails and texts are scammers....ohhh and not to mention the phone call trying to tell me my SS# IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE!!! SERIOUSLY???? BREADPAY we are disappointed in you. Sorry to rant but be careful. The problem is that most people comment asap they get their credit maybe rosy before their 2 payment, so it's not a legit comment if what they sent through. We need more people to actually comment and not just say forget it! Without these we won't know how these companies actually work.

Trash. Got a loan. Paid it early on the phone and got hit 90 days after.it was paid with a 1 dollar unpaid amount. Jacked up Mt credit over 1 lousy dollar when on a recorded call I asked to pay my loan off in full.

Worst Credit Card Company EVER!!! They took over the management of the AAA Visa Card and things went down hill immediately. We closed the account in November of 2021, even received a letter from them stating the account is closed with a ZERO balance. Then we started receiving statements saying we owed a trivial balance amount less than $5. We have called to report this issue 5 times, explain the account was closed with a zero balance and nothing changes. We still receive monthly statements…..honestly don’t care as long as we have the letter stating the account was closed with a zero balance

This is worst Bank and credit card company I have ever used.
Credit card companies usually help you if you have a problem Bread Financial has the worst customer service and tries to screw you again by making it imposable to resolve a problem.
I spent a total of over 6+ hours over two weeks to get a problem they caused solved.
You Have Been Warned!!!!! use them and if you have a problem they will screw you!!!!

Comenity Capital Bank issued a credit card to an unknown party in my name resulting in a charge of over $1,400. Three different times I provided Comenity with the information they requested to verity my claim that the charge was fraudulent. Among other items I provided Comenity was an Identity Theft Report to the Federal Trade Commission made under oath. Nevertheless, Comenity persisted in claiming to the credit reporting agencies that the account and the charge to it were legitimate. The bill for the fraudulent charge will be arriving soon and it will not be paid by me. I await Comenity's next action.

I don't know how this credit card company is still in business. They are crooks, simpley put. They make their money solely by making sure you don;t pay your bills on time to charge you $40.00 for late charges?
I used the card with Ulta. I was declined for a purchase and was told when I called at the store that it was due to late charges. COme to find out I was scheduling the payments on time but they were being posted 2 days late every month, not sure why as they withdrawls were done on my end ON TIME. . I was charges $120 for 4 months until I finally realized it was due to the date I had the payment scheduled. When I called them to advise this was just human error on someones part and if they can please waive, they said NO as this was my banks fault, with no sympathy whats so ever. they should not be in business.

I was SCAMMED on their Petco Pay Mastercard. They had a promo for new card holder of "Earn 20% off your first purchase on the day of application". I was approved a $1500 temporary credit, and successfully added and verified the card in the virtual wallet. However, the transaction of $609 was denied. I later tried smaller transactions of $480 and $80, but neither worked. I called the bank and they said that due to security reason, they could not approve my transaction until the physical card arrived. The promo was basically a SCAM to trick people apply for the card as they just didn't approve any transaction on the day of application.

I have a Ballard Design Credit Card, which is managed by Comenity Bank. I paid the balance of $8.6K off in full by the due date. The next months statement had an interest charge of $99.14, which is the only charge. After calling to have the fee waived, they told me that I need to pay the balance off in full for 2 consecutive months to avoid interest. The original credit card agreement terms does not state this requirement and the statement interest clause calculation clause does not either. I asked the agent to point me to where the clause is defined and they can not. After researching on BBB, I see that Comentiy has "multiple complaints regarding how fees and interest are calculated." I agree and believe they are in breach of their credit card agreement, which does not clearly state how the interest is calculated. I also called Ballard Designs, issued a complaint, shared this experience with them and asked them to move to a different provider/partner.

Totally screwed me. I’ve been with them for years always paid my CC off.
Thought I had paid balance in full. I checked the box pay balance in full.
Next month they added a 12 interest charge that I didn’t catch. Thirty days later added up to 56.00 which I immediately paid after receiving an email from them. Brought my credit rating from excellent to fair and dropped my credit amount by 12,000.
All over a 12 dollar interest charge. Can’t talk to anyone … I called and a lady with her loud bird from her home answered
She can’t do anything. And apparently can’t refer me to anyone that can.
I can’t close my card it may make credit rating will be worse. Fortunately I wasn’t in the middle of a big purchase where my credit rating matters.
So dissatisfied with their customer service or LACK thereof, and the way they treat customers that have been with them for years.
I’m thinking of hiring a company to deal with this for me. Seems a bit over the top for a late 12 dollar interest fee.

Bread Financing is a horrible company. I got a Buckle credit card and made the payment 15 days early. I then get a call stating my payment is late. I go to my account and see they indicate my checking account number is wrong but when you click on the account number it wipes it out so I can't see the number. However, when I entered the account number, I always take a picture and it's correct. It obvious they would make no money on this account as my payment was for the full balance. I have spent over an hour on the phone asking for the authorization with the account number that they submitted to my bank and they don't keep that information. What a scam. They expect for me to make payment an accept the over $60 in fees.
