      Bread Financing is a horrible company. I got a Buckle credit card and made the payment 15 days early. I then get a call stating my payment is late. I go to my account and see they indicate my checking account number is wrong but when you click on the account number it wipes it out so I can't see the number. However, when I entered the account number, I always take a picture and it's correct. It obvious they would make no money on this account as my payment was for the full balance. I have spent over an hour on the phone asking for the authorization with the account number that they submitted to my bank and they don't keep that information. What a scam. They expect for me to make payment an accept the over $60 in fees.

      This is a terrible company. They are not new, they just changed their name to cover their poor reputation as Comenity. They closed one of my accounts that I have paid in full every month. This has a negative effect on my credit score. I guess they weren't making any money from finance changes and paying a cash back bonus so they canceled my account. Poor way to do business.

      I had fraudulent charges on my credit card. I called and reported it they do nothing but ruin my FICO score and harrase me.
      The last bill they sent came in January 2023. Which is what prompted me to call i was given a credit from the merchant. I called again Feb because I couldn't log onto my account and was getting harassing phone calls that sounded like a scam. There were more charges now over $1,000. This is when I reported it as fraud and was transfered to the fraud department. No response and I was sent new cards. I disposed of them without activating them and called again in March. The number now goes to a different bank. Spent 4 hrs on the phone and they kept going back and forth with the "gurus" eventually did a conference call with comity. The rep was very poor in speach or ability. She just said she would escalate the issue, but no answers and no help. She said she could see the fraud report, but nothing had been done. Still months after the initial call Jan 11th all they have done is make a simple issue much much worse and no one knows what's going on. This place should be fined and shut down. Whoever is running this scam ruining people's lives should be sent to prison and never work in finance again. Absolutly unacceptable to operate like this. What are trying to extort people to pay fraudulent charges when they have already been reported and they do absolutely nothing except charge insain fees ontop of fraudulent charges. Worst credit card company by far

      ****** ****** ** ******* ***** ******* has charged my Comenity credit card for several thousand dollars for work which they did not perform. In spite of contacting Comenity Capital Bank on a dozen occasions, including their CEO ***** ******** on the most recent correspondence, no-one at Comenity Bank has investigated or performed any actions on my behalf.

      Hello, just wanted to say, these people violated my privacy, according to HIPPA,, they called my daughter whom I never listed on my account, and left her a message for me Needless to say, u called them, and the lady that called my daughter, ,I called the and asked her how she got info of my daughter who I never list, she couldn't answer that, she asked for my DOB, I replied, you have that,,anyway, I told her she violated my rights, and I wanted answers,,,,SHE HUNG UP...Never,again will I deal with Cominity!!!!!!!

      I purchased an item on 7/16/2022 and received a bill in the mail in September with a late fee and an interest charge. I called and they dropped the late fee, but I had to pay the interest. I paid over the phone on 9/22-2022. I thought that I had paid in full what I owed. On 3/15/2023 I received a bill for $96.76. I had not purchased anything and had not received any statements since 9/2022. I called and it was compiled late fees and interest fees. I am not on paperless billing. I talked to Bella and she would waive the late fees and I would owe $11.86 so I went online to pay it and it wanted my checking account information. I called back and talked to Jerin and now what I would have to pay was $15. I paid with my debit card and they have not processed it yet. I also wanted proof of account paid in full and I want my card cancelled. I should not have paid the $15 and if I get another bill I will seek legal action. They are profiting off of illegal interest and late fees.

      Rates are great, but absolutely hideous customer service! I have an HYI savings account with them and I am happy with it; I was approved within a few days without issue. Then I tried to help my mother get a HYI savings account and it was absolute HELL. Customer reps are difficult to understand and they just don’t care. And they refuse to escalate the call. I also was hung up on multiple times. Their online message center is a joke. They are completely unhelpful—they just reference you to their call center. Disgusting.
      I will speak to a previous review here—I also received a paper letter via USPS asking for SS card and photo ID and bank statement. I also thought this was insane-- no one would be dumb enough to actually send this stuff in the mail!
      They also absolutely refuse to utilize email AT ALL until you are a customer. You don’t even get an email acknowledgment that you have applied, so if you want to know your application status you HAVE to call them.
      Ultimately, my mother was denied and by law they say they can’t tell her why. I also think it should be the other way around--they should HAVE to tell you why they deny someone. Instead, they happily encourage you to reapply, which makes no sense-- WHY would you reapply if you don’t know the reason you were denied in the first place!!!? GRR! I think their game is to have you reapply until you get disgusted and walk away on your own.
      Overall, gross bank. If I had seen these review before applying, I would not have. Choose another bank—there are plenty that will take your money and give you better service.

      I had a service done at an Ulta salon in December 2 2022 , the job she did ( which took 4.6 hours) was so bad that I re-scheduled to have it fixed. They convinced me into signing up for a credit card through Comenity bank , which I willingly did. The charges for my hair destruction were $ 300.00 . After leaving the second time totally dissatisfied, I wrote several letters to the bank ( which handles the finances) explaining that I did not want to pay for a service that ruined my hair. I gave them all of the information they needed in 4 different letters. They never got back to me , I also made several phone calls and apparently the bank does not speak directly to the consumer. I’m just seeking a refund for an expensive product in which I am not at all happy with. For a company that size , I would highly recommend that they comply. Terrible way to do business

      TRASH company! Look into where your store credit card company comes from. I used it for Famous Footwear line of credit. The bank bouble dipped my account, then said they didn't even receive the payment. Paid the balance then said I owed them a late fee, which I asked about then I called to pay my balance. Do not recommend and they have poor costumer service!

      Bank of the west
      ****** Department National contact for customer service.
      Bank of west received my payment in January and states they did not receive payment she. I submitted my bank statement from Wells Gargo verifying payment the representative still failed to accept it as proof. I called in ***** week and in March I was told by bank of the west they needed a letter head from Wells Fargo and my credit score was showing delinquent 90 days.
      Once I proves the letter head and syaemmsys they stated they’d prefect the mistake and remove the negative score
      That’s yet to happen
      I’ve never reviewed my debit, credit card or checks
      Worst service.
