      The interest charged on this card is insane. The promise was if I used this card at B&H, then the tax will be waived. Well, I paid more than double for the item bought just in the interest charged by this card. The total kept going up the more I made payments. I spent $2,000 and Six months later I owed $2,200 and I made all the payments on time. This is not worth it, This is fraud on their part. Commenity is not a legitimate company I can't believe they are getting away with this.

      I paid off my card four months ago. They still have not reported it to the credit bureaus. It's only one of two cards I have, so this has a huge weight on my credit score since the bureaus still think I'm utilizing 99% of the credit on it. When contacted, they always say there is a technical issue or that they are "working on it". I'm sure the system works fine when they are getting paid. This sort of behavior should be criminal.

      I don't know how in the world this bank acquired my account (credit card) from Bank of America!! I was under the impression that BOA was out of business?? When I opened the bill from them the minimum payment was DOUBLED!! How do I get rid of this useless company??
      By the way, they changed their name to BREAD??!! This company needs to be SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY and customers account CLOSED. They are CROOKS. I tried to login BUT my information could NOT be found? So why are they sending me a bill??

      I received a call today from Comenity bank from the Caribbean?? The person informed me that I did not make a payment in December 2022!! I informed her that this was NOT TRUE and asked her when the name change happened for this company occurred and she did not know!!!? My payment from December is out there in their system somewhere and I am DEFINITELY NOT comfortable sending any of my bank account info to them!!! AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!! Caribbean call?????!!!

      This bank holds my payments until past the due date then charge me a late fee. This has happened numerous times and I have filed a complaint with their customer service and have yet to receive and explanation or a refund of all the late payment fees they have charged me over the years.

      Okay, I also sent a complaint through AAA about Comenity. 30 seconds after I sent this complaint, Comenity called me. The lady was very nice and said that AAA said I had an issue with them. She explained a few things, but "I can't talk for customer service." I told her they were my main issue. And apparently, to report fraud, you have to call customer service. I kept saying they were the problem. I told her I wasn't yelling (I was just firm, not yelling) at her, but was about done with her company. I suggested she come here and see all the complaints about Comenity. She worked in the back office and really couldn't do anything.
      And for those of you wondering, you no longer have travel points, just cash back that we can use at AAA.
      I told her that she needed to tell the powers that be that the entire structure of their customer service section needed to be fired.
      I, for one, will be bamblasting AAA with requests to change credit card companies.

      Worse Company to do business with ever! If you want a store issued card and it is through Comenity Capital Bank do yourself a favor and RUN! I paid off my Ulta Beauty Rewards card in September before the due date and requested in writing that the account be closed. Comenity Capital Bank issued a letter confirming they closed the account and that the balance was $0 now here we are in December and I start getting phone calls saying I have a balance. I'm like a balance for what, I no longer have an account with you! I kept disputing the issue and getting the run around. Customer Service is a joke. This Company is making a killing on charging people bogus fee after fee after fee. No one helps correct the situation they just make excuses and try to justify their ridiculous fees, pass you to someone else, or flat out tell you there is nothing they can do to help you! Apparently my account was charged a finance fee 2 DAYS after I closed it and because I received no correspondence and had no idea until December it also incurred late fees for 3 months so I ended up paying them an additional $90 in fees just to hopefully finally be done with them. I guess the letter saying the account was closed and the balance was $0 meant nothing. This is wrong, wrong, wrong and this place is a FRAUD straight up! NEVER AGAIN!

      AAA switched to Comenity this year. Twice Comenity has not posted my payments when my bank has delivered them in time. I made the last payment through my bank on December 7th. It was delivered December 13th for a December 17th due date. It is now December 26th and it hasn't been posted and I now they are charging me late fees and interest. I have clear confirmation from my bank that the payment was made in time to the correct address. I tried to resolve this through the message system on the website, but it is not working.

      I was charged interest on a closed account.
      Balance was paid off the prior month and received a bill the next month for interest.
      Even though the bill was paid off completely the prior month beofore it was due.

      Thought I found the solution to my dental financing.. This company ripped me off. They put the interst back on my account after having paying it off..Never Never again .... I highly discourage from using this company

      Very concerned! Paid off my bill with DentalFirst handled by Comenity 6/30/2022 and I'm still seeing a balance reflected on my credit report. No resolution after the 2nd call with customer service.
