Horrible Bank!! Took my $700 dollars as payment and saying they never received it! Although, I got the confirmation number & my banking routing number as proof!! I had so much problems with this credit card business, since **** ** ******* sold their AAA department to them! Stay away from these bank. They should be reported as thieves & fraud!!

I have run into the same problem as others. Receive No statement because it went to the wrong address, insisting that I pay with a MasterCard debit card, it took 45 minutes and four people before I could get all the information I needed to hopefully get this straightened out. It also took that many people before they would accept anything but a MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD.( which that is their bread and butter as it is)! I am explaining this to my ophthalmologist today in hopes that they will find a company with a Better Credit Bureau rating and a better Better Business Bureau rating.

AAA switched it's credit card provider to Comenity Capital Bank earlier this year. We are not pleased with the change nor the customer service. My biggest issue is that after we paid our first statement we signed up for auto bill pay and picked our payment date. We are now 10 days past that date and the payment is not posted nor pending with Comenity or our bank. When I emailed asking for an update, the answer was not helpful. It sounded like a canned response for a similar but different question.
Small in comparison, when I login to the website it asks me to verify my contact info, which I do. I receive the email, I click confirm, and it says I'm done. Next time I login, we are right back to the beginning. When I asked a rep about it, the response was "that's a known issue" and not to worry about it because my info had been confirmed.
We are paying off what's due, closing the account, checking our credit reports, and filing complaints with both AAA and the BBB. As a multi-decade AAA member, I am otherwise very happy with my AAA membership, but thoroughly disappointed that a company of that size and reputation didn't do due diligence on selecting a bank to represent their brand and its customers.

Sephora and commenity are ridiculous. One the late fees are disgusting, there's not grace for anything. I closed my account October 2022, and their are still finance charging me for November on a closed account AND a balance of zero. How in the world can people have peace at night thinking hey I'm done with this account and nope you are required to make 2 payments on you zero balance and closed account to be in good standing. I have never heard of such things in my life on a closed account paid before the due date or the new cycle. **** POOR rules and policies and not good.

Because of a system update they ruined my Ulta Account for months starting June 2022. I cannot log in and I cannot use my credit card. I called several times and was on hold several times most for over 30 minutes with mixed answers until finally a "Senior Account Rep" tells me they have no eta as to when the account and card will be restored (December 2022). Never have I been treated with such carelessness all because of a "system update" that Comenity ************* poorly executed. There has been no care and no concern for my inconvenience. No ETA as to when this will be resolved. I'm very disappointed in this Comenity *************. I have lost all trust in them. If I could give them negative stars I most definitely would. Consumer beware they will not take care of you and you do not want to put your credit in this banks hands.

I made a payment to Comenity Bank on October 20, 2022; the check was cashed but the amount never posted to my AAA **** Rewards Account. I have solicited and received the assistance of my Credit Union in attempt to resolve the issue. It is now December 1, 2022 and I feel I am no closer to a resolution than when I started. I have been on numerous 3-way conference calls with my CU Representative and Comenity Bank "customer service" staff who have hung up, refused to discuss the issue, didn't have access to necessary info to handle the situation and refused to connect us to staff who could, didn't know which department we needed to talk to, etc... My CU has sent proof of payment to Comenity Bank and has inquired if the proof was received; we were furnished with a snail mail address where we could send the inquiry. Comenity staff reluctantly sent an email, or so they said, to the necessary department expedite my claim? However, I was offered the opportunity to talk to the *********************** I'm not sure why as a payment had been made. Dealing with Comenity Bank, in military terms, has been a "**********************"! I highly discourage people from doing business with Comenity Bank based on my experience! Caveat emptor!

I'm beginning to wonder about how this company does business. I have several credit cards with this company and have had them for years with no problem. All of a sudden this year they are closing all my accounts without warning. I've had no issues with them then thus happened. It's wrecking my credit score with so many accounts closing at the same time. This is horrible.

Pure fraud. Charged me $304 for a $39 purchase at Childrens place. Online purchase defaulted to this credit card, I assumed it went on my own Banks card. Even though I paid my original charges, there was some residual fees that ballooned to $304 dollars in 3 months. Ended up paying $134 more to close the account. The rep I talked to said that everything is resolved. I asked her for a confirmation email. She asked me call and check after 30 minutes to confirm everything was resolved. When I called I was told that they could send another bill due to a daily interest fee. It has been a nightmare. Could not believe how they are ripping off consumers. I promised myself to never fall into a trap like this ever again. Just not worth it, Dont give your business to them, they will find a way to tip you off!!!

Comenity Bank was able to up my credit limit high enough for me to afford a ring for my newly wedded wife, thank you! However, I paid off my card months ago, and the three credit bureaus still show a balance dating back to June 2022. Can we please continue sending reports to *********** so my fico scores are accurate? We are looking to purchase a house and this is hurting our chances.Account ending in ****

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the absolute worst scam of a store card I've ever encountered. I paid my card off in full (which was only a very small balance of $32) and closed my account . Now 6 months later I'm getting calls saying I owe $70 in finance charges which doesn't even make sense. The balance was paid completely and card was cancelled. Charges don't continue to add up on a card I no longer have. This company is the worst.
