      Worst bank in the universe. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I would give it zero stars if I could. Disorganized, chaotic, unprofessional, inept. And untruthful to boot.When my new card failed to arrive, Comenity promised to overnight a new card. When the card hadn't arrived after 2 days, I called back ... and, after a very long waits and repeated pressing for information, finally found that they had lied outright! No card was on the way. Now I have to go through the large hassle of unlocking my credit to apply for a new credit card. Meanwhile, I'll have to pay for everything with a debit card. The whole thing is a disastrous ****** deeply resent that my AAA ***** formerly in the reliable hands of BofA, was shuffled off to a gaggle of fools who could not find their collective **** using both hands and a flashlight. Comenity is a financial freak show. Stay away!

      My Credit card ****** was canceled and sold to this(Comenity bank). I could not activate the new one , then finally after it was activated, I could not access online services , their system would not recognize my card number. I tried to use the card at a gas station and it was declined. Calling customer service is a joke. I have since cancelled the card, but I suppose that wont work either. At some point I am sure it will be canceled.

      **** ** ******* sold my VISA to this bank without my authorization. The account was supposed to be auto paid in full each month. When I called the number on my card it went to Comenity, who said I owed them over $1600. I could not log into my **** account to examine a statement because the account was invalidated two days ago. Since I wanted to immediately cancel the unauthorized card, I had no choice but to pay it. Oh and then my credit report said **** turned me over to collections for non-payment when THEY were supposed to automatically take it. When I called the woman said they didn't but there is no way this would have shown up otherwise. I have no other debt and a credit score of close to 800. Now I need to speak to a loan officer personally at my credit union to try to explain this mess. Fortunately my expensive train ticket payment had already cleared. I have no idea whether I really owed all I paid to Comenity. I will follow up and ask for statements from both them and ****. What a mess!

      Comenity with *************** really screws up their accounting on purpose with Brylane and Fall Beauty that I have notified every BBB I know Packages returned never get prompt credit until 4 months later They are charging late fees, etc when an account is paid in full

      On August 15th, 2022 I received notice from Comenity that my *** credit card was bring transferred to them effective mid-October. Since August I never received a new credit card or any other communication from Comenity. I called today to ask about the new *** credit card and they had no clue what I was talking about and kept referring to my VS credit card. All they kept asking was for my email to send me a link so I could access my account even though I said multiple times that I don't have an account because I never received the credit card or information to set an account up. I gave them my email twice and both times they sent me an email for the VS credit card account. This is a terrible first impression of a financial institution. I guess I won't be using the *** credit card anymore.

      Someone used my information to open account, I called them to dispute and close my account. They said ok . But I get calls from them saying I have to make payment . Really fraudulent. Now I think thats how they make business together with people who stole my identity information

      Wow! I've never seen any business with this many awful reviews. Now I know why! I supposedly got a 6 month interest free loan to cover the down-payment for some Wyndham vacation resorts points. I got a letter about how to access my account, but have been trying each day for nearly a week and there is a "glitch" and I can't even register! When calling customer service I was told these glitches took about a week and I should just check back. Sad....

      **** of America transferred my **** account to this bank and I got no notification, either by mail or electronically. I was trying to log into my online account, which I have had for many years, and it was just gone. I have no way to see my activity or pay my bill. A phone call to **** of America revealed this transfer. After waiting for an hour on the phone calling Comenity, I learned that they had sent a new card and again no notification that any of this was taking place. I have no idea what happened to the card, which they agreed to cancel, and send another new card and then I will need to set up a new online account with this bank. This is outrageous on the part of both banks.

      The worst customer service I've had in while. None of my questions were answered. And just to think my account was transferred to them. I never opened a credit card account with them myself. It would never be my choice. Can I do anything about this? I don't want them to be my service provider.

      Fraudulent claim from MyDentist. Dentist office overcharged me and falsely, had me sign up for services that were paid by insurance and charged to credit card. Ive requested several times to cancelled the credit card and have my treatment plan corrected with service date and cost. Ive spoke to 2 agents at credit services one was so rude I hung up on him, the other one I couldnt understand, due to the language barrier. I would like to get confirmation on my request to cancel and update services and treatment plans that MyDentist has fraudulent charged me, from your business. I will definitely not recommend your services or My Dentist to your businesses.A totally dissatisfied customer.
