  This bank is horrible. Firstly I paid off the credit card in full and closed my account. Even after that theyre deciding to try and take more money from me. I called them and went over my statements because the person on the phone wasnt making sense. They refuse to take away the fee that they charged onto my account after already paying everything off. Even if I have screenshots from messaging them on their website. I was never told by the person responding that any of this was going to happen. Im completely frustrated and refuse to give them more money than they should get.

  This card claims to be great for travel, yet they denied transactions overseas and didnt even have customer service to speak to resolve the issue. Now its even worse, I received an electronic letter without any actual letter in mail, that they decreased my line by 5000$ because of my credit score. I checked my credit report and the score they provided doesnt match my actual score. Theres no customer support whatsoever to resolve issues. Avoid this card and company at all costs as it will cost you your hard earned credit score to go down when they decrease your limit for no good reason whatsoever.

  Wow, too bad im reading these now. My case looks really similar to these. I owed about some $20 on my card and called to pay it off. Spoke with customer service about this and paid full amount. Month later I get notification I am late more than 30 days on my payment so i call them again, i owed .35 cents and they report me to credit bureau. Pay that sucker again and guess what, same story again next month. Because of some pennies i got two late reports on my credit score. Tried talking to them about it but they did not care, did not resolve my credit issue.

  Terrible customer support and billing problems.I was enrolled in their automatic billing to learn just recently that there are two types of billing "scheduled billing" and "automatic billing." I was on "scheduled billing" and apparently was set up only to make six payments. When it stopped last month, I was charged a $37 late fee. I called to let them know they set me up on auto-pay and found this out. When I said I thought all was set up (over the phone by their own employees when I first set up my account, may I add), the person on the phone said it was a separate billing type. I escalated the situation, and a couple of supervisors came up, they kept saying it was "company policy" and couldn't issue a full refund. In fact, they said the other **** charges $9 per transaction just to take a payment over the phone. The different departments and different billing styles without letting their customers know what isn't actually happening until they are charging them for it is totally absurd and just terrible business practice. Beware of their shady ways of handling your payments!

  Held my money for hostage for 2 months when I requested to transfer and close the account, and kept coming up with an excuse as to why they could not process it. When I call them or email them, they would have some excuse. It was not until I filed a complaint with the consumer finance that they finally behaved normally. The big mistake I made was relying on some financial guru site to recommend ********** bank for me and being naive to trust the bank. What a criminally inclined incompetent "bank". With the number of bad reviews, they have, that should be a fair warning for anyone. I now know to always stick to banks that are well known, reputable and trustworthy.

  They told me to pay at least $100 dollars a month. I paid $ 350. When it reached exactly a year from my treatment they decided, with no forwarning to me, to tack All the interest on in one shot! They Never gave me the option to pay in full. Once **** came, they should of given me the option & let me know what they were going to if I didn't pay in full but they Didn't! They were Extremely **************** When I called & complained they refused to listen & hangup on me! I could of had the chance then to pay it all off but I Wasn't Given that chance! This was done unpurpose!

  I've received a Gift Card from Catherines.com from my son for a Christmas Gift last year
  I went to use the card and was told it wasn't valid. The *********** Customer service department are all in Other country's outside the USA. These service people aren't able to help you. When they can't help you they drop the telephone call. I've spoken to Bank on this and they were unable to HELP me with my GIFT CARD Situation. I would like a refund for a new valid Gift Card Voucher from *********** asap.

  ************** is an evil corporation. They dont care if youre in hospital dying, theyll hound you if you owe them anything. THIS IS ENEMY to American people!!!! Dont give them your business!!!

  I paid off a line of credit/loan with them, and they went back AFTER I'd paid off the loan to charge me additional fees I did not owe them. I told them I wasn't paying it because i selected "Pay Off Loan" on their website when I made my last payment. They tried to extort me for the money I did not owe them, so I told them to close the account. They have reported it negatively on my credit report, and some other predatory lending entity purchased it and is trying to extort money from me that I do not owe. I will never pay this amount because I do not owe it, and such a predatory lending entity like ************** and Alphaeon should not be allowed to engage in finance charges after payoff of loans. I will never pay them another dime or finance anything if they are the financier.
