I have fallen victim to identity theft, with unauthorized transactions and suspicious activities tied to my identity. Despite filing a police report, I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue. We contacted Mr. *********** on 12/15/2023, regarding his complaint. During the conversation, we explained that our client, **** ******** *** **, accessed a copy of his credit report on 11/08/2023 and 03/27/2023. Mr. *********** stated he was familiar with the client and did not want to dispute the inquires.
Additionally, the other inquiries mentioned in his complaint were not made by clients of Factual Data. To dispute these inquiries, he will need to reach out to those companies directly.
Lastly, per our conversation with Mr. *********** on 12/15/2023, we disputed personal information and an account information with the Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) on his behalf. Results of the investigation will be mailed directly to Mr. ***********.
Factual Data provides credit information from CRAs to its clients, which are primarily banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions that have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain credit information for lending purposes.

I would like to be able to access my Innovis.com online account. I've sent multiple letters requesting to add my Phone Number directly to my online profile so I can be able to log on, as it's asking for my phone number manually and not allowing me to use it, even though my phone is postpaid and under my name. I've sent in my phone bill numerous times, with ID, social, utility bill, etc. I'm simply requesting for Innovis to add my phone number of ###-###-#### to my online profile itself so the number is generated upon logging in, so it can prompt me for a code, and I don't have to manually enter my number.. I found out that Factual Data, Inc./ Innovis has been supplying my personally identifiable information to 3rd parties without my knowledge or my consent. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act, these companies have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. Factual Data, Inc/ Innovis. is supplying the following accounts with inaccurate data every month. Showing on my consumer reports are balances on closed accounts, negative remarks and status, "No Info", missing and incorrect dates, inaccurate payment history and more. Stop reporting this inaccurate information and Delete these accounts now. A violation on my consumer report are Late Payments, that are illegal- 15 U.S.C. 1681a(2)(A)(i): Definitions; Rules of Construction. 2- Exclusions. Transactions/ Late Payments are not to be included in the consumer report/ consumer file. Inaccurate Accounts* ********* ******** ********************** ******** ******************************* ******** ****** **************** *** ******* ****** *******************. 15 U.S.C. 1666b: Timing of payments states that a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Also, Factual Data, Inc./ Innovis has violated 15 U.S.C. 1666(b)(4) Correction of billing errors/ Billing Error: States that the creditor’s failure to reflect properly on a statement a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor... It is also against the law for Innovis/ Factual Data, Inc. to make any consumer report containing Any Adverse Item of Information IAW 15 U.S.C. 1681c (a)(5): Information excluded from consumer reports. I have multiple accounts reported by Innovis that have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I have requested Innovis to reinvestigate these accounts:

However, Innovis has stated that everything was complete and accurate. How is that possible if these accounts have been DELETED from my Equifax report? According to 15 USC 1681i(5), they are supposed to modify or DELETE accounts that aren't reporting correctly.
15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy.
15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions
15 U.S.C 1681c. (a)(5) Section States: no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years.
15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
These accounts also are not in compliance with Metro 2 credit reporting. I have attached evidence to prove my case.
I am demanding that Innovis DELETE these accounts from my reports and cease their reporting.Business Response
