I ordered a **************** along with a soft hybrid 1299.00$ mattress. The **************** were defective so I was able to replace no problem! I have back problems so this soft mattress was horrible for my back resulting in severe pain every morning. I knew I couldnt return it but after calling about issues with the exchange with my furniture I talked to ******** ( supervisor) at the ************** because neither Brookpark or North Olmsted stores answer their phones! She was so sweet & understanding and said she would replace with same but medium mattress because she knows what its like to have a bad back. I was so grateful & appreciative. She followed up a few days later letting me know the mattress is being replaced with the same but medium. I of course did a little investigating on this replacement mattress only to find out its not the same & was 899$!! I called her out on ******** said she was trying to help me but said nothing about price difference or refund! She was deceitful and I guess she thought I was just going to let them keep my 400$ refund. I canceled everything because you cant trust Value City if they have supervisors who act like they are helping but are being so dishonest & not truthful.American Signature Inc.

Worst company ever couldn't even delivery the write couch order a double white recliner they delivered a Grey one only one recliner then had to pick it up when I paid for delivery then couch had broken leg called they said they would order one been 3 weeks nothing then to top it all off one off there works threaten me and called me repeatedly for 3 daysAmerican Signature Inc.

Im extremely disappointed with Value City Furnitures warranty service. I submitted a repair request for a covered warranty item over four months ago, and since then, its been nothing but delays and poor communication. Despite making multiple calls, each time I reach out, I'm given a new target date that never holds up. Its clear they dont prioritize their customers or ********************** our time and investment. I expected much better support from a company of this size. I purchased a Reclining Living room set from them. I went to the showroom before I made the purchase so I could sit on the furniture to make sure it was comfortable, which it was. The recliner was so comfortable I changed my mind from the Loveseat and got the recliner. They delivered it in 2 parts because when delivery day was due they said the did not have the recliner is stock, so they delivered the sofa first. After I sat in it, I was not very comfortable, My rear end sank quit deeply into it. There was very little back support, but thought the recliner was so comfortable when I sat in it at the store I'll wait to see. When the recliner was delivered, It was worse than the sofa. The quality between the show room and what they deliver is terrible. I called and told them I'm not keeping this and I want to return it, which they had no problem doing. I had to pay a restocking fee of 15% which they stated and I was OK with, but what I don't like nor appreciate is I guess they charged me a shipping fee to and from for them to send me junk that I could not sit in.They refunded me but it was close to $600.00 less than what I paid. This is very unfair, the difference of quality of what I thought I was buying and what I received is very deceitful. This is not fair. I had to give them one star rating in this review but I'd like to give them a negative star or less.American Signature Inc.

Terrible experience! I bought a couch 9 weeks ago and it's still not delivered. The original delivery date was 4 weeks ago and the delivery has been pushed back 5 TIMES! Every time it's pushed back I get a call the day before the new date that it's pushed back again! In 2024 how does a company not know the exact shipping date even if something is back ordered. Moving the delivery date 5 times is absurd, people have work and can't just keep moving plans around just to have a delivery change yet again.AND furniture companies wonder why they're going out of business due to Amazon....it's THIS right here. ****** could send me furniture tomorrow......RIDICULOUS.American Signature Inc.

The worst store everrrrrrrr. I ordered 2 months ago and it took me going to the store 3 times to get my complete order. So I decided this time to order online and guess what the order went thru were they took it from my card but they never got the delivery date. So I took off for no reason wasted my leave and my money. I also decided to get a card thru them so I ran my credit and card the card for no reason. All they said was I can take away your delivery fee. I make more than the delivery fee on a half a day. Thanks for nothing. Pickup or delivery absolutely *****American Signature Inc.

***** *.Purchased a **** Power Lift Heated Massage Recliner (SKU # *******) from the Value City Furniture Store on ******** **. in ******, **** that was delivered to my assisted living nursing home residence back in late 2021. Paid for a delivery charge and a 5 yr. warranty at initial purchase time. Total cost for the recliner, warranty and delivery was $959.88. The recliner has failed to operate twice in < 2 1/2 years with a Pure Promise (i.e. **************** for Value City Furniture) technician sent out to assess and perform the needed repairs. It took Pure Promise several months to respond each time after the recliner failed. When it failed a second time in late *********************************** the up/eject position and could not be put back down for usage as a chair. Took the Pure Promise technician months to show up for the 2nd failure. Called multiple times to find out what was taking so long to get the paid for warranty service? Service technician got the recliner back into the down position, but he needed to order some part to fully repair it. Never heard back from that technician and had to contact Pure Promise again only to be told on 6/21/2024 that the needed part was no longer available with an option provided to get a new/replacement **** Power Lift Heated Massage Recliner since they were still in stock and available for sale to others. Was told their replacement option offer was only good for ************************************************************************************************* pay to have it delivered. Currently living on a fixed SS disability income amount in a nursing home with no access to my monthly funds or any way to go pick up the desired replacement recliner for free. Requiring a second delivery charge to replace a < 3-year-old like new but defective, non-operating and non-repairable power lift recliner is reprehensible and total BS. Absolutely regret ever doing business with Value City Furniture and Pure Promise!American Signature Inc.

I bought a sofa a little over a year ago and finally got around to washing the cushion covers. Despite following the instructions very carefully, when I pulled them out of the wash the cushions all but disintegrated. I called customer service and they will not offer any solution (aside from it coming out of pocket, thanks for nothing) because Im outside of the year warranty. However I do think that I should be able to wash my couch cushion covers of my fairly expensive couch without the covers falling apart. Im very disappointed with the way customer service has mishandled handled the situation and disappointed that I spent so much money on a piece of furniture that falls apart with recommended maintenance.American Signature Inc.
