I applied for the credit card to finance my order. When my application was entered into the system I was told I had to click a link on my phone for further identification purposes. The link included me taking a video of myself and a photo of my ID. I was very upset about this because I never had to do this before when applying for credit. If I am providing two physical forms of ID why do I need to take a video and a photo of my ID? The salesmen ensured me this only happens at random which made me more upset because it felt discriminatory. I continued with the process due to them already running my credit. I was informed they couldn’t issue me credit at this time and received a letter in the mail through Synchrony Bank (their credit lender) that they could not properly identify me to give me any credit. I am very upset because I identified myself multiple times and don’t know what else could’ve been done to show it was me. I took my business elsewhere and had better luck going with a more quality furniture store.American Signature Inc.

If I could give a 0 rating for this company, I would. We ordered furniture on Dec. 23, 2023, a sofa and entertainment center. We were told it would be delivered late January or early February. When the time to deliver passed, I contacted them only to be told the sofa wasn’t ordered and the entertainment center wouldn’t be delivered until late March. I was given an in store credit for my troubles, and felt they made it right, so I ordered 2 new end tables and a coffee table to go with the other furniture. The delivery date would remain late March for all the furniture. I received a call the day before delivery only to be told 1 end table, coffee table, and entertainment center would be delivered the next day. Come to find out, they didn’t order 2 end tables only 1. They’ve also been rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to admit they have made mistakes. I file this to warn others about this company and there poor business relations.American Signature Inc.

I placed an order in Nov 2023 (Thanksgiving Day) for 5-piece sofa set with some other items. My delivery was scheduled today March 27, 2024 (After 4 months) and they came up with 1 piece. When I called the customer service, they are offering free cancellation or 2 months further delay... what a joke!!!

The worst customer service ever and will never buy furniture from them again. I purchased over $5,000 worth of furniture from them in December 2023. I have been waiting since December 2023 for them to get it right. The first delivery furniture got damaged. For the second delivery they tried to fix it, but it did not work. For the third delivery, they brought a replacement piece but it did not fit together and 4th delivery they told me all the furniture would be replaced and delivered on March 26th between 2 and 5 pm. On March 26th I called the office about 3 pm and was told they rescheduled it for April 9th due to manufacturing issues, this came from the corporate office. Left a message with the local store asking them to call me back to discuss. No phone calls from them.
Husband has taken off work twice with no pay waiting on delivery to find out it would not be delivered. To compensate us they want to give us a $199.00 discount for the delivery fee and the extra pillows that are with the set.
I am asking for more than 199.00 to compensate me for my inconvenience. We have been more than patient with your lack of customer service. You have not delivered us adequate furniture but we have not stopped making payments on the furniture.American Signature Inc.

In St Peters, MO WORST !!customer service I have ever experienced. Bout a Lift Chair, it is defective ( back leans to the right). REPAIR MAN SAY CAN NOT BE FIXED. Store manager would no deliver me a new chair and pick up defective on, be cause I picked up orginal Chair. I am 88 years old and my husband is older and needs the chair. It is not my fault the chair is defective, why should I have to pay for a new one to be delivered and old one taken away/ I amd very unhappy and would not reccommed this store to any one.American Signature Inc.

West Mifflin, PA. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Purchased $5,000 worth of living room furniture. They showed up for delivery missing my recliner. Never called or emailed to say it wasn't with the delivery. Technician's set it up wrong. When we reclined on the same day as delivery the wire was cut and the couch is now left in the incline position. We called the next day. No technicians available for 2 weeks. Manager was extremely rude and almost threatening. We called corporate. They were nicer and scheduled the appointment for 1 week after delivery. Recliner STILL in an upright position. They were supposed to come out tomorrow to fix it. Took off another day of work. I just received a phone call that they need to move the repair. I am so frustrated with the company and will NEVER buy from them again. Beware.American Signature Inc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - had couch for 2 years and it had broken / cracked / fabric was torn & pilling. When reaching out about the 3 year warranty - they couldn’t help us and found every excuse to not give money back & blatantly ignored us. They would only communicate via email. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever worked with. Now we are stuck with a broken couch & I want to help everyone not make the same mistake as usAmerican Signature Inc.

Manager was a smart-alecky kid who got smug with me when I complained that my new couch was delivered defective. Tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee to exchange it since a technician was two weeks out for repairing. Couch is stuck in the recline position and is not very convenient to be stuck like that for two weeks.
Salesman, Chuck H*****, was very pleasant and fun to work with and I wanted to purchase an entertainment center from him. Not sure I want to give a store, that has managers that treat their customers like stupid people, any more business.
Called national customer service number, ***********, and they were able to wave the restock fee if, while waiting for repairs, the couch suffers an more damage. That is the way the manage should have handled it.American Signature Inc.
