      I purchased for my adjustable bed from American Signature Furniture. The warranty department referred to, ********* ********* *******, has provided an abysmal service that borders on fraudulent misrepresentation.
      A technician was sent to inspect the bed on 2/14/24. The technician confirmed that the bed was indeed broken, and a part replacement was necessary.
      On 3/4/24 over 2 weeks since the inspection, ********* ********* ******* had not approved the technician's service request. I was informed that even after approval, it would take an additional 8 to 12 weeks for the parts to arrive.
      This level of delay is utterly unacceptable. I purchased the warranty to ensure prompt and reliable service in the event of a breakdown, yet I have been met with nothing but frustration and inconvenience. It feels like a betrayal of trust and a clear case of fraudulent practices.
      I urge American Signature Furniture to review its partnership with ********* ********* ******* and reconsider offering their warranty services to customers.
      I reached out to American Signature Furniture and spoke with Dominique, a corporate office supervisor. I expressed my concerns about the lengthy process involved in resolving my claim. Dominique informed me that this extended timeline is standard procedure and indicated that there is little flexibility in expediting the resolution. She offered no viable solutions or alternatives. As a result, I am left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance or effort to address the issue.
      The notion of waiting several weeks for technician approval followed by several months for a part to arrive is utterly unheard of. It is incomprehensible that from the time of my initial complaint to achieving a resolution, it could take almost six months before my bed is repaired. This level of delay is unreasonable and simply intolerable.

      Worst customer service! They were days late delivering the electronic recliner to my office, then delivered the wrong one. It was very close to the same one, but cheaper than the one I bought. Once I realized, I called the guys who had barely left the parking lot and not only did they refuse to turn around and get it, they charged me the $200 delivery fee. They also informed me that the warranty was void because it was delivered to an office. The salesperson clearly was told multiple times that this was for a business. Since an electronic chair is no good without a warranty, I canceled the order, but they still did not refund the delivery fee.

      I have a sofa and mattress delivered on February 3, 2024. The (white) sofa was delivered with a stain on it and the mattress had 2 small holes under it. I contacted the manager of the store Cherice and advised her that I wanted to switch sofas. I then had to pay the difference on the sofa and a restocking fee and was told that my new sofa and mattress would be delivered on February 29, 2024. I got a call on February 28, 2024 stating that unfortunately my sofa and mattress cannot be delivered until March 11, 2024. Unacceptable!!!! You guys delivered damaged goods to my home and I am still waiting to have this situation made right. You guys also expect me to have damaged goods in my home for well over 30 days! I will never purchase from American signature again! Horrible service!

      We purchased a sectional couch about a year ago and also purchased the warranty which they said covers tears, stains, etc. Called in to get a tear fixed and what do ya know, they didn’t cover it. Overall, I guess I wouldn’t buy here again for two reasons: 1. The furniture doesn’t last with little use and 2. The warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. Avoid if you can.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a bedroom set from Value City on December 8th and retuned the item on January 11th due to poor construction. I was told by Roco the manager in Downers Grove I would receive my refund in 10 days as the check was approved on the 12th of January. I called numerous times to both the corporate offices and have not received an answer as to why my check has not been delievered. Today, February 21, I'm told by Oliva that there is nothing they can do and I can expect my refund in 10 to 14 days. This does not seem legal and I'm not sure what my next steps are. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

      I can’t believe this kind of business operates in the US. I purchased 4 chairs and after the delivery, I went to wipe them down and noticed that on one chair the veneer was off, exposing the wood and another one had a fixed damage by either patching or gluing. Either way it’s right in center on the backrest and you can’t avoid seeing it. I called my local store to report the damage to veneer and the person tells me that if they’re to pick it up, it’s $160, if I bring them back, it is 15% restocking fee. I felt trapped!!!! I already paid to have defective items delivered!!!!! I have already lost money on delivery for items I have to take back myself! And they say on top of it I will be charged restocking fee!!!!! I was also told that the damage may be my responsibility and I have to submit pictures and then we can talk and it’s not guaranteed that I will get a new item, even though I paid for new!! I was a lifetime customer of GW and never ever had an issue but I thought I will try VC! Biggest mistake. They should be picking the stuff up for free and refund me for delivering defective items!

      The customer support at the corporate level is enough to regret buying furniture from VCF. Though I have always had a pleasant experience in the store; the customer service to corporate needs being made aware of. I purchased furniture back in January of 2019. I made my purchases in 2 separate orders. I got the Pure Promise for all of my items. I never needed it which speaks highly of the furniture. I had a few bumps and bruises but nothing worth utilizing the warranty. This year since I knew it had been 5 years, I called to verify the end dates to look out for my rebates for my next purchase. I received only one rebate. I called and was told it wasn't not processed and that corporate would reach out to a store manager where I purchased my furniture to process my rebate. I was to give them 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and called back. I was the told it would be in the form of store credit. I did not get any kind of notification it would be store credit, so before I got off of the phone I wanted some type of verification. I was on hold I was told my pure promise doesn't end until tomorrow and I would get an email tomorrow with that rebate. I informed the lady that wasn't likely since the other took a week to process. She agreed with me but at that point it dawns on me they are just saying whatever. So I asked to speak to a manager. It took almost 20 minutes of a 50 minute call to get "Princess" the corporate supervisor on the phone. I wanted to let her know that I had been informed of multiple dates to receive my rebate and that it may be submitted to me different ways to the point I am not even sure. Princess' response was that that was not their job. Regardless if that is true or not I would have rather of been informed that from the beginning than for employees to keep making things up. I mentioned I thought it was a lack of training and she disagreed. I believe it was their responsibility and the management would rather be confident in being wrong than helping.
