      My experience with Value City has been terrible. I Purchase a Couch on 7/28/2022 The couch was delivered with two big holes in the couch at the bottom corners, the fabric was torn. The couch was also it appears smashed with other furniture placed on top of it, the cushions on the top were all smashed down about 3 inches and wrinkled. I was very unhappy that I waited for this couch , paid you in full, and you team never bothered to inspect your merchandise. I asked your delivery team to please take the couch back with them, they were in a huge hurry , they were not here more then 10 minutes, and told me no to keep the couch so I had something to sit on until someone came to pick it up. They told me they would contact the store and schedule a pick up of the couch. I told them again, no , just take it with you, there is no need to leave it, it is damaged. They said they would call someone and have it picked up at a later date. Now It is 15 days later, and they did pick the couch up last Saturday, which was 7 days ago. I was told that I would receive a refund in about 4 or 5 days, which has not happened. I have called the store in Aurora, ** twice and each time I was given a different story about a refund. First person I spoke to said it has been processed and you should receive it in about a day, the second person I spoke to said, it will be another 7 days before you receive it, and that was today that I spoke to this person, on August 12th. So not only did I receive a couch that should never have been delivered, and then had to take another day off from work again to wait for the people to come take it back. And Now you have given me the run around about when I may receive a refund. You have had my money since 7/ 28. And no one can really tell me when I will for certain be issued a refund, other then when I call they keep changing their stories. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL, THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE IS POOR. Do not waste your MONEY

      I purchased a leather sofa m, chair and Bluetooth fireplace in October of 2021. I received the sofa in December, the chair in February. The delivery in February was a nightmare, I work early mornings and as for a delivery after noon. The delivery policy is take it when we can get it to you or dont get it at all. Its August and I just got a call where I was not given any options, I spent 5k and I was treated like I spent $5. I will never ever buy a cotton ball from value city furniture.

      I bought a king *** with mechanical features its a sale products but they sold me the warranty for 5 years pure promise warranty is on adjustable base that is not working and now I get different its covered its not covered by Nilica & then **************************** its hard to deal with this people ,whether you buy a sale items but you sold the warranty its covered ,they dont offered to repair or replace or give back my money

      ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Bought and had a couch delivered on April 18th. It broke within a month. They sent someone to fix it. Its broken again. They said they were replacing the whole couch. THEY SENT 1 PIECE OF IT. I said i wanted a refund because this is ridiculous at this point. They said after 7 days there are no refunds. They gave me $200 back on a $2300 sectional for compensation and said they were replacing the other 2 pieces. Today only 1 other piece was delivered. Im currently on the phone being repeatedly put on hold because i want this couch gone and i want my money back and they are claiming it cannot happen WHICH IT CAN. DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN SIGNATURE FURNITURE IN *********** OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH VALUE CITY FURNITURE

      I purchased a 5 piece wooden dining room set and paid for repair services in case anything happens, spills, discoloration, etc. On June 5, 2022 I spilled cooking gas from a plate onto the wooden table. I called Value City Furniture **** **************** regarding the spill, they said they would have a tech to come out to fix the spill. A person came out took a picture of the spot and said there was nothing he could do and said for me to call the store. I called Value City Furniture, they told me that they would have to order me another table by August 3rd they did not have any in store and would have to contact the manufacture. Value City representative called on July 26, 2022, stating the manufacture will not have another table until September. I feel this is unfair, I have already waited a month for a table that I am paying for with insurance, now I have to wait another month. I asked if I could get any other table in their store, I did care how it looked, but was told that I could not, I would have to wait. This is not good customer service. No one should have to go through this, especially if you are paying your money.

      It seems like they promise you a quick shipping date just to get you to buy knowing they can't hold good on the promise. I ordered a big sectional. They said all but two pieces were in the US in a warehouse. The other two pieces would be shipped from overseas. The delivery date keeps changing without anyone letting me know. No courtesy call or email. Now I find out NONE of the couch pieces are in the US. They haven't even shipped from overseas yet!

      **************** at Waldorf **********************. A very small problem could have been listened too and understand, yet ******* didnt listen, due to her information was all wrong: receipt times and delivery dates wrong id EVERYTHING were all wrong. I call to allow her fix the problem. I DID NOT want a refund. But her unprofessional styles i differ the thought.

      We ordered over $8,000 in furniture on June 28, 2022 from American Signature Furniture in ******. The first attempted shipping (July 8) we were notified that the truck broke down and they would reschedule a week later. When asked why we not next in line they said that's just how it goes. When they shipped the items they were damaged and broken so they left the rest of the bed pieces on our floor and a technician came a week later on July 14th. On July 14th, they were a no show. We called father complained and they reschedule it for July 22nd. There were no show again said the truck broke down. They scheduled to come back on the 23rd of July in the morning they we were NO SHOW again. We called and complained, they reschedule it for July 24th again, no show. At this point our furniture should be free for the inconvenience of my husband and I taking off work on all these days to accommodate our furniture being delivered. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Had a wire not connected to a speaker. The two men rushed me and cut me off when asking questions. Then they got sound out of the system and declared the unit good and left quickly. I was treated dismissively and rudely. Those delivery men are no longer allowed on my property. I paid for 5 star delivery and did not get. To add salt they said it would be two weeks before the unit could be looked at. Luckily the next day I discovered the loose wire myself. The furniture is now very nice. Over all experience 3 stars.

      We purchased two recliners and within 1 week decided it was not what we wanted. We called Value City Furniture in ********, ** to arrange for them to pick up and return the chairs. 1st we had to wait over a week when we live within ***** miles from store. Second, we gave them SPECIFIC directions to get to our house because it is in a new build community and GPS would not route them to our house - we did this twice. The day they were to pick up the chairs, they did not follow the directions and so never showed up at our house when we were told they would be here (a three hour window). When we called to find out what was going on - we found out that the dispatcher never followed the instructions that were given to them and sent them somewhere else. Now we have to wait another 2 days - which is not acceptable! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
