      I purchased a bed set on Memorial Day weekend. I also purchased their delivery package where they deliver it and have professionals set everything up. During delivery, they were throwing items off their truck into my drive way (first red flag). Then they get to the installation portion. I watched this professional break the frame rail bracket then said its okay. I called the distribution center and told them I was unhappy and requested a new one. The last time I called they said oh you need to call the store manager if youre unhappy. They have been out 5 times now and every time, they bed frame rails have been damaged as soon as they opened the package. I requested them to check them prior to delivery to ensure that this would be the last time theyd have to come out. Well that didnt happen. Here I am a month after getting this delivered to find screws on the floor. Called the store and she said all they can do is continue to bring out new pieces until I am satisfied since I received a discount (for purchasing on Memorial Day). Starting to believe, they have this sale and its to get rid of products they know are defective.

      So we purchased a sectional at store and after waiting 2 -3 months two pieces came defective with colour difference store agree to replace the defective piece and after waiting 3 months they send new piece with more defects both 2 replacement pieces is not even match with its own colour ,now store refused to change the defective piece they said its minor difference not a good customer service after waiting so long and spending almost $7500 ,this is what we get from the value city furniture, before buying they talked very nicely and after payment everything changed. Store manager is so rude.definitely escalating up further.

      Will never buy anything again from this store. The worst customer service, 0 support once product is sold. I bought adjustable base for bed, the setup people gave no demo on how it worked and when I called store for help, no support and placed on hold for a very long time.

      I purchased a marble table with chairs on March 2022. Value City stated the table and chairs would be delivered in May 2022. Then they called to pushed the delivery date to ***** then they called to push it back August 28, because there wasn't a driver, they called and said August 31. Value City called with their very disrespectful staff, stating it would be September 6, no table or chairs. I called them to see what time they would be delivering the table on the 6. They pushed the date back to the end of September. I asked to cancel my order. It has been 6 months to get a table and chairs. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM VALUE CITY!!!

      I bought a ***********************. I also bought a ********** dining room table and chairs. The table has a huge crack. The couch is so flat you cant sit on it. These items are never used because of my traveling lifestyle. Waste of money!

      Horrible with informational. No one seems to know anything you ask them on the phone. Constantly being transferred to person to person and being on hold forever on the phone. Have been hung up on more then once. Do not recommend

      We ordered a white leather couch/chaise and swivel rocker recliner. When the furniture was delivered, ( @ 2 weeks ago) the recliner/ rocker was perfect. The sectional/chaise had 3 factory stains on 3 different cushions in the leather (which was all wrapped from the factory). We told the delivery crew to take pictures , report it to their dispatcher and the store and that we too were taking pictures and going immediately to the store. Upon arrival, the store already had the pictures and knew if the incident. A new entire sectional/ chaise was ordered. Within 9 days a second sectional/ chaise was delivered. It too had stains on 3 cushions in the same spot( same type of stain). We again took pictures. went to the store..only VERY disgusted this time!!!! We told the manager they had 1 last chance to get this right or we wanted a full refund and they would have to come get the sectional/ chaise and matching chair!!! We ordered this furniture in late March. A HERO, *****, who does the ordering, again ordered JUST the leather cushion cover needed and it arrived within a week! She checked it before she called us. We picked it up today!!! ***** is our HERO!It is not the local stores fault. The factory has ZERO Quality Control on inspecting finished products!! That is INEXCUSABLE!!!!

      My wife and I purchased a bedroom set with a supposedly real leather sleight bed from Value City in ******* for over 5k in November of 2015, right after closing on our new home. They also sold me a 5yr junk warranty, Pure Promise, which was a total SCAM. Well 2.5 years into the purchase we notice like small pieces of leather was peeling off, but we didnt make a big deal, because the mattress was covering it. Then the following year it started getting worse, so we call Pure Promise to see what our options were, well they claimed we were not in their system and told us to call VCF. We called VCF explained our situation, which they could have cared less, told us to call Pure Promise back and give them the account no and they should be able to assist. Call Pure Promise back, same issue, told us to call VCF. Called VCF they say they cant help I will need to get in touch with someone at Pure Promise, so I ask them was this a SCAM warranty you sold me, they said no it was a reputable company. After, having other life issues to deal with this got put on the back burner. Now , 2019 its gotten worse, I mean the stuff was just peeling off , I have never in all my years seen leather furniture to do this, it looked terrible. I called Pure Promise back and they had the audacity to tell me I didnt purchase the warranty, so I told them who do I need to send a copy of my receipt to, silence, then the phone hung up. I literally call them about 50 times that day and no one answered. Then Covid hit, so tried callingnothing. I finally called VCF and told them they scammed me, and they said they would have the Mgr. call me , well no one called. Then I called their corporate office with no prevail. I tried to get Pure Promise again before the warranty ended and for some strange reason I was in their system, but was told my warranty had expired. I must have said a few choice words to the Rep, but I am still stuck with this ugly peeling bed.

      I purchased a couch and love seat with insurance, before a year they had to come out and fix my back cushion. Today I called with the same problem and now with the insurance I purchased due to to poor assembly UNITERS said they don't cover this condition B/S people don't waste your money purchasing any insurance with UNITERS better yet don't purchase any furniture from VCF because there not manufacturing the furniture as they should. The amount of money you pay, you should just purchase a DIY and revamp at this point sad...

      We purchased some furniture dinner room table and hutch, and a sectional couch. We were told it was all in stock. They delivered our dinning room and sectional. The dinning room table had missing parts and the only brought out half of our sectional to where it was not functional. We called snd they said they didnt not have it in stock after we were told they had all of it in stock. Two weeks later they bring us out a homemade piece for our dinning room table. Cut a board and panted it. We told them this was not acceptable, so. Now we are waiting u til September to get it replaced. We are still waiting on the rest of our sectional, which our not functional without the recliners that are missing. They keep promising week after week for our couch and still dont have it. Very disappointed in American Signature and will never shop there again.
