I give 0 stars. I order the Laf Sofa/Raf Chaise on 1/27/2025. The following week I called back and decided to add the Chaise-Cordelle. My salesperson was Fred Spokane. I was informed by Fred that I would receive both items on 2/5/2025, but if I didn’t I should give him a call back. Upon delivery of my Laf Sofa/Raf Chaise, I didn’t receive the Chaise-Cordelle. I called Fred back to find out what happened, and he told me he wasn’t sure. He checked into it and said the item must have been out of stock and the next delivery for that item would be 3/5/2025. I was very disappointed because I have bought furniture in the past from other prominent stores and never had to wait 6 weeks to get my furniture. Fast forward to 3/4/2025 I was contacted by the North Olmsted office advising me that my delivery would be on 3/7. I spoke with a lady who was not the kindest person because when I told her my delivery was set for 3/5/2025 and not 3/7/2025 she pretty much told me I was wrong because that’s not the delivery date that she had. Delayed again until 4/23/2025. If I don't get it Value City can come get what I do have and cancel the entire order. I never got follow up calls as promised and I'm sure they know what is actually not in stock before they make the sale but causes all the burdens and misleading information on the consumer. So unfair to the consumers. Shameful.American Signature Inc.

Incredibly unprofessional company. I purchased a bedroom set from American Signature in ***** in August of 2024. They informed me my bed would be delivered in a few weeks (it did), then informed me my nightstands would be delivered a month later. Then called me a month later and said it would take another month. They did that several times and it finally arrived November 2024. When it arrived, the charging ports were broken. It is now March and it is STILL not fixed. They ordered a tech to come out, they didn't show up. Then they ordered a tech to show up without informing me when I wasn't home. They finally ordered new nightstands to be delivered to replace mine, those ALSO didn't work so they sent out another tech about a month to repair the nightstands and he showed up and said they needed to order the parts... it has now been a month and American Signature has not followed up with me. I called yesterday asked for a manager and the *** said the manager was in a meeting and would call me back yesterday, I didn't receive a call. The fact that this company is selling damaged and broken furniture is unacceptable. The fact that they don't know how to follow up with calls or schedule repairs/delivery on time in unacceptable. They need to go out of business. their corporate number has over an hour wait time. This is ridiculous!!!!!American Signature Inc.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before purchasing from Value City. We ordered our couch, peat SoHo couch with chaise and middle armless recliner, over a month ago. Since then, weve gotten nothing but the runaround. Not once have they reached out to usweve been the ones calling and checking their website daily. Every time we think were getting closer to a delivery date, it changes again.I understand that manufacturing delays happen, but I paid over $2,000 for this couch, which is a lot of money, and every time we call, the delivery date gets pushed back even further. At one point, we were told that two pieces were available for pickup, only for them to later say it was actually different pieces, and then the date got delayed even further. Every time we call, it feels like they have no idea whats going on, and instead of giving us real answers, they just push the date out even more. On top of that, they act like were bothering them just for asking about something we already paid for.The most ridiculous part. They told us to call back on Wednesday to check what their truck will bring themhow do they not know whats on their own truck?! This is a terrible manufacturing-to-storefront business model if every shipment is a surprise.This was supposed to be our nice, long-term couch, but at this point, it feels like we were scammed. The current delivery date is the 20th, but I have no confidence that it wont get delayed again. Do yourself a favorDO NOT BUY FROM VALUE CITY or any of their affiliated companies American Signature, ***** American Signature Furniture and Kroehler Furniture. I wish I had read the reviews or checked ****** before ordering because this seems to be a common issue. They need a negative star. No star at all!!!Do not shop in the store. Worst furniture experience I had . Sales *** will lie to you to get a sale. My story I needed a few things a sofa , dining set for myself and my daughter. I told sell *** I needed what was in stock for immediately delivery. Once items got paid I got a delivery date for over a month . Not acceptable they changed delivery date without notifying me. I took a day off of work to wait on delivery 3/5/25 that never came. I was told by a manager the store new on 3/1 it wasn't getting delivered until 4/25. No one reached out to me by phone , text or email that it was changed. I called again today and the male manager on shift was very rude to me asking why I was calling he didn't want hear my complaint and said ok I'll give you 50 for ur inconvenience. I missed 8 hours of work because of there lack of customer service skills and consideration of others time. I cancelled my order and now have to find a table I ordered 3 weeks ago.American Signature Inc.

Horrible ***************** I wish there is a 0 star button so I could give them that! one of the worst service in delivery. Initial purchase was on December 4th they set a delivery date for 3/4 weeks after the purchase where they delivered only 50% of the order and for the rest of the delivery they specify a date and just 2 or 3 days before the delivery they call and say it will be after 2 or 3 weeks it happed 3 - 4 times, now they say it will be delivered on march 26th and the person calling each time says they can't guarantee the date.American Signature Inc.

My wife and I purchased a living room suit from value city furniture across from the *************** in ********, **************. We paid in full at the time of purchase and scheduled the delivery and had equipment delivered to our house prior to the furniture arrival. I was contacted about three or four days after the purchase stating that they do not even make or sell the item that we purchased. They completed this transaction and withdrew the money from my account without even having the product in stock, or available. We find out days later that this item is not even sold by the company anymore yet theyre still advertising it in their stores and selling it and taking peoples money. We will now have to wait 3 to 5 days for our money to be returned to us before we can continue shopping for another set. I do not blame the sales staff because I believe they are left in the blind too as to what is available in their warehouses. They have Management issues from the stores to the warehouses. We will never trust this company again as they were not working in good faith for the customers.American Signature Inc.

Not even one star, from beginning to end my experience with American Signature in ******** Fl was terrible the customer service was poor from office staff they were not knowledgeable about anything they gave incorrect information and rude when you call them out I have so many stories from only dealing with this company a few weeks *** even called corporate to put in an complaint because the store managers are also NO HELPAmerican Signature Inc.

AWFUL!!!!!I placed my order for my couch on 1/29/25, delivery was to be on 2/25/25. I get a notification that it was delayed about a week after my order was placed. It is now 2/19/25 - I just got another notification that it has been delayed AGAIN!!! and this time delayed 3 weeks - delivery is now 3/12/25.They don't offer discount or partial refunds for delays which is ridiculous considering it is there fault!! I have now been living without a couch for 3+ weeks and now I have to go 4 more weeks without a couch!!!! I am furious!!! It will probably get delayed again. When am I going to get my couch that I paid full price for???? Terrible service from value city! I talked to customer service and was told there was nothing they could do... how ridiculous!!! I am a repeat buyer at value city and after this order - I will never be buying from them again!!! They do not care about there buyers!!!!American Signature Inc.

If I can give 0 stars I would, I purchased a bedroom set in April of last year. Long story short the frame has cracked, broken and they claim their warranty cannot repair. Pay 2k for a set it should be replaced. There is no way wood that thick should crack the way it did. Someone needs to resolve this.American Signature Inc.
