      Nationwide cancelled my dogs policy that I purchased when she was 8 weeks old. Whole Pet with Wellness, their gold Standard policy, with gold Standard premiums. They cancelled her 1 month after she turned 8 years old. Never offering to move her to another policy without underwriting to cover the preexisting conditions that were covered under her whole Pet with Wellness policy. Leaving her with no insurance, preexisting conditions. Found out Nationwide Pet is canceling this policy across the country impacting hundreds of thousands of people and pets. Nationwide Pet said they were discontinuing the Whole Pet with Wellness completely, but that is incorrect. Many people are having their policy renewed??? Are they only removing older pets that after years of paying super high premiums, these pets may become sick??? ****, think about that! Unethical, certainly not on our side. I, along with MANY others will continue to spread the word. NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE!

      I bought a pet insurance from Nationwide through my company. Prior to signing up, I had taken my pet to the veterinarian once for a minor urinary track infection, and once for throwing up. Urinary track infection obviously cleared and throwing up ended up being nothing. Both times, the blood tests and urine tests(2nd time) came out clean. Doctor found her perfectly ***********, when Nationwide accepted my pet into their insurance policy, they put these normal veterinarian visits as a "precondition". So this year, when I took her in, they refused to pay. This is a scam. Because this means, they are never going to pay. A condition that goes away isn't a precondition.I will call and cancel this immediately. I do not recommend anyone this insurance company. Again, they are a big scam.

      We had a hail storm and we have damage. We have had 3 different companies come out and look. 2 inspections. Were denyed. But everyone else around us got new roofs. Im dealing with an adjuster who told us he was going to get an Engineer out to find out he lied. They dont come out anymore. My roof upstairs in home and downstairs is leaking. I have pictures and I have where 1 adjuster told us we had damage but he had to go by protacal. Worst company ever. Nationwide is on our side is a dam joke. Youre here to get our money and no help. I have damage to floors, roof, gutters. No help. I will get an attorney if need be.

      I have been a nationwide member for quite sometime. I signed up for pet insurance to make sure my dog is covered for any issues. I submitted a claim regarding my dogs health issues for $1600+ and immediately was denied. Why was I paying for insurance that doesn't cover anything. My money was wasted and time that I can't get back. I do not recommend supporting Nationwide whatsoever!

      RUN AWAY! A horrendous company that does not live up to their consideration in their contracts!!! My insurance company is not honoring my policy to repair my roof damages. They have approved about 90% of my roof, but refuse to cover the last 10% of the repairs needed. My contractor has been out multiple times to provide measurements and verify the entire roof needs to be replaced. My insurance is claiming we can cut every single shingle. I asked them to provide a letter from the manufacturer stating this will not void the warranty and they will not give me the letter or approve the supplement. Here are the **** that refuse to provide me with request documentation:***** ****** Nationwide Claims Associate ****** **** Nationwide Claims Associate ************************************* Why do I pay for this service if you are not going to live up to your end and cover my whole roof from my hail peril?!

      Worse insurance company I have ever encountered. They failed to *** my account for my auto premium, so they cancelled my policy, and didnt bother to tell me for a month. Then they increased my homeowners insurance because I didnt qualify for the multiple policy discount. Three days later I cancelled homeowners policy and they deducted an extra $264.00 from final check for a policy change that I never made. They will give you all kinds of discounts when you sign up, then the next year they will do whatever they can get away with to make up the difference.

      Been with Nationwide for over 5 years. Have bundle insurance for all cars and two properties. We were hit by a hail storm recently, and Nationwide denied the claim. The house next door and lot of houses in my neighborhood are getting covered by their insurance companies, but Nationwide denied the claim. Well totally disappointed with them, they went through great lengths with technical c*** about only top portion is damaged but the shingles are still not damaged enough to replace the roof. I am taking my business elsewhere,, Do not trust this company.

      30 years home and auto without a claim. A hailstorm dinged up my roof and now a window leeks. Their own inspection said no doubt it is hail damage. Not covered? While neighbors covered by other companies are getting new roofs? Then told I will need to make repairs at my own expense or they will drop me? Not on my side. Nationwide takes my $ and then does not help when I need it.

      Terrible service! Denied at every turn!Terminated because of one claim!That was not even ours. Neighbor's unit flooded our house and we were forced to file a claim to repair our home. Avoid them if you value your mental health!
