      Last Saturday, I took my daughters and her friends shopping at Walnut Creek Victoria's Secret. My daughter was wearing a pink jacket from VS, and her friend found one in the store to match my daughter’s jacket. While we were waiting at the cashier, my daughter found that her friend didn’t have her mom's approval to buy stuff. I advise the girls to pick up the jacket later and they put the jacket back on the rack. The cashier first word was asked if I had paid for my daughter's jacket. I told her I bought it a long time ago, then she asked for my receipt for approval. Who will keep the receipt unless the item needs to return. The cashier helped me check out with an angry face. When I left the store, I was alerted by security and the front door clerk asked if I might have something that wasn't checked out. I was very angry and asked the store manager to file a complaint. The store manager didn’t show her customer skill enough.

      Victoria secret has reported false information to the credit bureau twice. I have had to dispute it. I have a credit card with them that I don’t use but they continue to repot delinquent payments. When I call them they say “oh sorry, you’re right there is a 0 balance” but say they can’t reverse the report given to transunion. I have closed the account but want it known that Victoria Secret does not have good business practices.

      I went in for an exchange at the north park. I purchased three bras from them two weeks prior I had no bras that would fit me. When I walked out of the store I was still shopping so I ran into the bathroom to put one on and wear it. I noticed it didn’t fit but honestly just needed any bra on. I got home and realized I grab 36b instead of c so they two other bras were also the wrong size. I went in with all three including the one I had wore I didn’t know how lenient they might be on their return policy the two other bras were never worn and still had tags on them. I explain to her the situation and had three bras my size ready to exchange. Before I could finish she cuts me off and says all these bras are worn. I tried telling her just the one was and I totally get if they can’t return/do store credit and would have happily bought one of the three bras I had to exchange. She got confrontational when I was trying to explain ma’am why would I wear bras that A don’t fit me and also still have the tags on them. I wasn’t trying to get money or scam just exchange. She refused and was rude the store was busy and it was super embarrassing I am not confrontational at all. I left all my bras there including the ones I brought and the ones I needed bc I have no use for bras that don’t fit me. I went and sat in my car and cried never have I been treated like that in customer service. I have shopped at Victoria secret since I was 12. When I get off work nothing is more fun then getting new Jamie’s from there. Now it doesn’t feel good to be in that store. You go in there for intimate items I needed new bras because I have gained weight all woman know how uncomfortable that is. I won’t shop there again and I’m sad about it bc it used to be one of my favorite stores.

      They cancelled my order twice without telling me; I was waiting for my clothes to arrive for a trip, and finally called them, and they said they had “connectivity problems “ on their end, the first time, and that they would call me back in an hour; they never did. I called back and placed a 2cd order, and it was supposed to arrive today (the day before my trip), so I called them and they said the 2cd order was cancelled, but no one ever called me to let me know that! I could have shopped for alternate clothes! They offered a discount on 3 rd order, but had left me on hold for 10 minutes, and when the girl got back on line, she said “no supervisors were available for me to talk to “. I’m very disappointed in their customer service!

      Dear corporate, WE KNOW you're lying to us about promotions and free items. We as the consumers have absolutely noticed the lies, free tote with purchase if you spend a certain amount, after you spend it the tote is unavailable and will not be restocked. They use images of holiday printed items to attract you to a sale then it's all magically sold out because in reality they don't want to honor the sale price on holiday items, knowing they sell fine full price. They're willing to use a picture to advertise a sale but won't honor the price? Ridiculous. I called Commenity bank and closed my credit card, I'll never spend another dollar here after dealing with the customer service LYING to me. Shame on you all, buyers beware.

      I am a Disabled American Veteran. I use the aid of a cane. On 2Dec22 the lines were long, and the registers were few. I needed to make an exchange 7Dec22@1634 as staff folded boxes of pink underwear. I asked one you lady about where I could find the exact ones so that I could make an even exchange. Your employee pointed to where I should find them. I was in so much pain and started to sweat trying to find what I was looking for. As I went from place to place looking your sales representative continued to fold underwear. Standing directly next me. I made my way to the cash register one open register and 4 people on line. There was a dispute between the cashier and the customer. While 2 other employees stood behind the register. I cannot believe that these other 2 employees would join in the dispute. While customers stood waiting to make their purchases. I'm in pain holding my cane and supporting myself against the wall. Eventually I spoke up and asked would someone get on a register. I as a customer should not have had to ask this after waiting close to 10 minutes with only one customer in front of me. I am 95% disappointed when I visit the Victoria Secret store at Patrick Henry Mall Newport News, Virginia. The Victoria Secret store that was in Newtown Shopping Center Williamsburg, Virginia was a great store with staff that helped and remembered their customers. There is such a thing as the American Disability Act.

      They have the worst customer service corporate office. They are offering a free tote or blanket for Black Friday and was told by representatives that work for the store to call corporate since they ran out that they would honor it. Other stores would honor their promotions well not Victoria *********************** They said sorry and thats it. Honestly, will retuned everything purchased because they dont care about the customer. You have a promotion then make sure that people that spend their hard earned money get what you said you would do. The shadiest place for ************** your money and go to Macys or any other store that treats their customers like people.And corporate try to push their Cyber Monday on me while telling that they dont honor their Black Friday promotions, like the nerve of you. Never again. Support small business that treat you with respect these big places dont care.

      This is the second time Ive had to deal with a rude employee. A. She said midnight of the 16 and I told her its past midnight of the 16 because midnight tonight would be the 17 (just previously checked my account and it wasnt there) so she obviously doesnt know how days work. Instead of listening to what I was asking she was ignorant and came back with she didnt know how else to help me when it was part of her job. Then came back with its the computer system so midnight of the 17, like what??thats literally what I just asked. Your employees need further training because talking to them is a joke. Then I call back because this company doesnt have an email for complaints and the girl another girl answered I asked just for the email and she asked for my account information and I said why do you need it for the email? And she randomly put me on hold and then hung up. Ridiculous. This card company is a joke.

      I had a customer service issue regarding a previously placed order that was not shown under "order history" and was "hung up" on twice in the online chat. I had provided little to no information, so it seems that customer service simply doesn't exist.

      I ordered a pair of pants from them with letters stitched to the side saying LOVE PINK. I havent washed them yet but I was running late for work and I wanted to wear them so I put them on and immediately noticed that the letters are all falling off. Ive tried getting ahold of someone to speak to about it but I cant seem to find anyone to talk to. I always order from them and this is the first problem Ive had with a pair of their pants and I just want to be reimbursed or get sent another pair. I have pictures to document. I didnt want to give such a low rating because I always order everything from this company but I want this issue resolved and they make it hard to do that when theres no one to speak to about it.
