      I ordered some dog food from Petco through Klarna on Dec. 9 2023. Money was taken out my account so I'm thinking the order was placed. After 24hrs passed I realized my dog food was not delivered. I checked the order status and it says processing at store. I contacted the store and of course no order was received. I contacted Klarna and they did nothing to assist. Instead of them calling Petco to see what's going on they tell me to send an email from Petco confirming they did not receive the order. So basically the call center reps what you to do their job on top of not knowing how to resolve the call. Im telling the call center reps that i spoke with Petco and have not received anything from Klarna, then when i ask to escalate they refuse to escalate, but file a complaint that i know will not get resolve. Nobody should have to wait 10 business days to get their money back and nobody should be doing the work the call center reps should be doing. They quick to take your money but takes a whole week to give my money back is ridiculous.

      My items were never shipped from Amazon the Klarna card was declined because Amazon charges when they ship I had several items card only paid for 2 items the rest declined Klarna investigation says I have to pay for products never shipped

      I ordered a bronco electric scooter from Alien rides. They lied about and was sending me wrong scooter so I canceled it right away.tried to cancel shipping before it left. They would not cancel it .now there charging me 740.00 for something I didn't want. Called klarna up to cancel They were going to take care of it. But they didn't. Not sure who is worse alien rides or klarna both are scammers

      I have been using klarna for a few years. The week of thanksgiving I tried using klarna for some shopping and was denied. Their reason for denial was that I was past due on payments and had very delinquent overdue payments? Neither of their reasoning was true, I was paid ahead on everything I had owed them. I chatted online with a rep named ***** who told me I was correct, nothing outstanding and that it was a "system issue" that would clear up in about 48 hours.. fast forward to week three from initial denial and I am still denied for "having past due payments" I called their customer service center on Monday who went over my account and again confirmed that I was a customer in good standing and that he was putting in a request to fix problem that he claims he had 3 different calls that morning with the same issue of being denied for non existent past due payments. I was told it could take a day to 7 days to repair the issue? What a **** company Klarna is to block the use of their app during the busiest shopping time of the year and for lying about why your being denied access, I am fortunate to be able to christmas shop with other means but others may not be that lucky so doing this to people is complete garbage in my eyes and Klarna gets a NEGATIVE ZERO star review and a USER BEWARE.

      After making a purchase basketball shoes that didn't fit. I returned them but I didn't receive full refund. I was charged full amount by klarna and refund partial by footlocker. That doesn't make sense

      They suck and their customer service sucks. I bought a drawing tablet from ***** through Klarna. The item was delivered and I still could not make my first payment. I messaged and called the number for them to tell me it will take 11 days to resolve the problem. This is after they told me to call ***** myself (which I did I even gave them the case reference number). I tried to ask to talk to a supervisor and was told”I do not have the tools or the option to be able to transfer your call to any one else.” I am just not understanding how they can skirt around the fact that there is a problem on their end and when trying to point it out I get told oh some one will contact you within 6 business days. At this point I am livid at first I was told it will take 3-4 days for the payment plan to show up. Then it was wait till after it is delivered. Then it was oh for this you have to wait for us to open a ticket then once that is done some one will reach out to you via phone or email. They can not even give proper time frames on their own systems! It is ridiculous this will be my first and last purchase through them.

      Their billing policies are not clear. You can have great payment history and you’ll get declined payment options for an arbitrary reason. They reply with canned responses and never actually look into anything. It’s such a nuisance. You can’t get a straight answer and there are no real people who can follow up with you. I’m tired of inquiring why their system denies my purchases and then 4-5 days later it works. ??? I pay all of plans 2-3 days before they’re due. It’s not reliable. I’ve been with them for a good 2-3 years. I’m going to switch to ******** or ******.

      They hold your money for 7 business days even when they deny the transaction payment plan. They lie and say it’s reversed after 1 business day, that the consumers bank takes up to 7 days to reflect it. THIS IS A LIE! They have kept 200$ for 4 days now

      I have purchase power and every purchase is getting declined due to credit bureau information, which all my Information matches and banking. Klarna reps are unable to assist and I keep getting the same response. I have been a customer for over 2 years and now all of a sudden my purchases are denying for different reasons. They should really go out of business.

      In August...placed an order with Groupon, cancelled same day and Klarna may NOT understand the process..............HORRIBLE Rating should be 0!!!!!!!
      Company is POORLY managed!!!!
      Ordered a product using Groupon (Aug 2023), paid 1st payment and canceled the SAME day of order.
      Reached out to Groupon, who assisted with cancelation, but stated I could NOT receive a refund, but Groupon credits. NO PRODUCTS WERE received...since Groupon canceled order
      I just wanted to end everything.
      Klara position:
      I should contact Groupon and let Groupon contact the vendor.
      Groupon stated they could NOT guarantee would stop future payments.
      Contacted my bank that suggested to close that bank account and open another.
      Klarna staff is truly not trained for basic transactions and the implementation.
      I have used this service before, but never the time consuming steps for this transaction.
      Perhaps its the combination............Groupon...Klarna
      I asked Groupon to communicate with them over 2 months ago...................the nightmare contiues with Klarna asking for all remaining payments and late fees to a canceled order
      Now, I am receiving a notice of future debt collection................ WILL SEE THEM IN COURT not paying another penny
      Have sent several attachements through Klarna app with staff TOTALLY unable to understand the issue, TOTAL CHAOS DEALING WITH THEM
