      Klarna has horrible customer service. No manager available and when you ask for one youbare told it takes 11 days for a call back. To pull their soft credit it takes 24 hours call back and then they say 90 days. Their call center is lacking In training and support. This company is the worst.

      This company is has disappointed me for the last and final time. I have over $2600 in purchase power. I've purchased over 40 items with this app and I've never missed nor misused is app. It's Christmas so I decided to use this app for my purchases. Next thing I know I get a decline with no explanation. I'm a great customer, never missed any payments nor duck or dodge them. On top of all of that, they have start charging fees. So disappointed, I have deleted the app. I do not recommend this app.

      DO NOT USE KLARNA !!!! I’ve returned my purchase and Klarna has YET TO SEND MY REFUND. Prior to returning my item, i contacted Klarna to make them aware that the account i used to make my installment payments is NO LONGER ACTIVE. That account has been closed and not active for months. Klarna has assured me that it was not a problem and they would issue me a paper check. After waiting a month and still no check i called Klarna again for the 5th time and they told me that they have processed the payment ……… TO THE ACCOUNT THAT I TOLD THEM WAS CLOSEDDDDD!!! Frustrated, i told them that the account has been closed for months and there’s no way i have access to the account. The representatives response was for me to contact the bank institution and tell them to reopen the account so i can withdraw the funds. I don’t understand how that makes sense, once an account is CLOSED, there’s no way to REOPEN that same account. This has been a total nightmare and headache dealing with Klarna. They are no help and don’t care to help solve this issue. I’m expecting my refund in the amount of $1,850.74. That’s a lot of money to just let go and consider a loss. I just got off the phone with a representative from Klarna and he stated that there is no supervisor to speak to nor is there anyone from the “escalation team” that can help. Every representative just doesn’t help and doesn’t care to solve any of these complaints. They tell me that someone will contact me within 12-48 hours… that never happens, then they say 36-48 hours…. That never happens…. Now they say 11 business days. I seriously cannot urge people enough to stay away from Klarna. This is terrible customer service and just poor communication skills.

      I placed an order with them last October, not only did I not receive my order they had me running all around town trying to find it. I had to go to the post office, call the post office on multiple occasions and file a report with them. I contacted Victoria Secret which stated the package had been returned, this company was then contacted and I was told everything was ok. A year later they sent this to collections and are still saying that I owe them for a product I never received. I contacted them for assistance and got no help at all. This is a horrible company and I highly recommend going with someone else.

      I wouldn't even give them one star the company has people working who have no clue what to do or how to fix things. I booked an airbnb and the funded it but unfortunately had to cancel. The owner refunded all the money but Klarna charged me 48.99 interest for 7 days. They wouldn't let me rebook using them till that 48.99 was paid so I wanted to pay but because it was on autopay I couldn't and no one there knew what to do....because of their lack of professionalism I lost the house I wanted to book. I tried to rent a couple other homes but they denied. They put a hold on my account for not one charge but two for 252,20. I think anyone who uses them should watch your money!!! I am calling my bank this morning to make them aware.

      They are only getting a one star so I can leave a review. They are thieves!!. They took my first payment of $115.00 for an expensive item for my daughter’s Christmas gift, then declined the order. Now it’s 6 days later and I am still fighting to get the money back!! It’s MY MONEY- you gave me no product. You gave me a ** answer and tried passing the buck to my bank- they have no reversal from you or refund sent.

      They tell you to stay on the line, for ENGLISH, only to get someone on the line w/ a REALLY HEAVY ACCENT! Then, they REFUSE to allow you to speak w/ a supervisor, although Klarna is DEBITING MY ACCOUNT, opposed to CREDITING it, as they're supposed to be doing! I'm simply asking for an explanation, as to WHY they are attempting to DEBIT my account! They are attempting to redirect me, back to my bank, when I know, for a fact, that I received an email, stating that the PURCHASE, in the same amount that is supposed to be REFUNDED, was declined, due to my card being unlocked. They argue with you, opposed to trying to assist you, with resolving the issue. I did end up speaking with an agent, after 3 attempts, who didn't HANG UP, IN MY FACE, like the other 3 agents, so rudely did. However, overall, the experience *****, & I'll never deal w/ Klarna, again!!

      I ordered some dog food from Petco through Klarna on Dec. 9 2023. Money was taken out my account so I'm thinking the order was placed. After 24hrs passed I realized my dog food was not delivered. I checked the order status and it says processing at store. I contacted the store and of course no order was received. I contacted Klarna and they did nothing to assist. Instead of them calling Petco to see what's going on they tell me to send an email from Petco confirming they did not receive the order. So basically the call center reps what you to do their job on top of not knowing how to resolve the call. Im telling the call center reps that i spoke with Petco and have not received anything from Klarna, then when i ask to escalate they refuse to escalate, but file a complaint that i know will not get resolve. Nobody should have to wait 10 business days to get their money back and nobody should be doing the work the call center reps should be doing. They quick to take your money but takes a whole week to give my money back is ridiculous.

      My items were never shipped from Amazon the Klarna card was declined because Amazon charges when they ship I had several items card only paid for 2 items the rest declined Klarna investigation says I have to pay for products never shipped
