      This company and its website/app have gotten so bad overtime. They constantly overcharged me for items and then try to refund me my overcharge to their Klarna balance as basically a store credit.I have never once been stolen from and then offered a store credit as compensation.When calling customer service you get met with a whole bunch of people who dont really know what theyre talking about and are not able to ever transfer you over to a supervisor.This company will try to steal from you as often as they can without you noticing. And then when you do notice, they will try to offer some sort of compensation that is nothing near what was originally taken. And when trying to make a resolution customer service is almost impossible to deal with.

      I purchased tickets for the World Series and the tickets were canceled from the seller. Klarna is still charging me for the tickets even though I have provided evidence showing that the tickets were canceled and I never received them from *******. Now I have to get a consumer protection lawyer to fight off collections from klarna. Buyer beware.

      they charged me a lump sum when the whole purpose was to make payments. I canceled my order within minutes, and that was a month ago and still no product or refund

      Placed an order on *** ********** and checked out using Klarna , they took the money from me $65 and no order was ever fulfilled I called customer service and they said I have a low credit score and never fulfilled the order. No updates no info was given , as for me my credit score is over 700 and they only took my Name Date of birth and email and CC number and never took my social. How the h*** do you do a credit check on someone without the proper info. Scammers definitely stole my information and probably sold it on the dark web. I am demanding an investigation. January 2025.

      I used Klarna to pay for a course in ******** in September, I decided to pay because I saw they use , Klarna that made me believe they are credible, I paid the first installment got into the program and found it was a scam , they were not teaching anything rather send me to classroom to study , that was not what they advertised, I reached out to them to cancel and got my refund , they asked me to contact Klarna because I paid with them . Klarna has refused to get a refund and rather insisting I pay the full money even when I sent the mail where they asked me to contact them , I have spoken to 10 different agents from Klarna and they could not resolve it . ******** blocked me and are not responding to my mails . Klarna kept insisting I should resolve it with the same people that blocked me . Klarna is insisting they cant reach them as well , to me I cant believe it , One Klarna staff gave me a number to call which means they know how to reach them . I did call the number and the person promised the support will reach out to me . They sent a mail I responded and told them about my refund, asking them to get in touch with Klarna to give me a refund they promised. They blocked me again and no more response.Klarna is threatening me that they want to send my payment to collections instead of helping me get my refund. I believe Klarna is working with a fraudulent company because they should know how to reach them instead of insisting I settle with a company that blocked me from the course I subscribed to and at the same time does not want to respond to my mails to give me a refund. I sincerely believe that Klarna knows how to reach them but they are playing games after all one of their staff gave me the number to call . I want the whole world to judge me and Klarna who is wrong with this case . Is it my fault that Klarna is partnering with a fraudulent company with no integrity, what is my offense in asking for a refund, why shouldnt I get my refund .

      It is January 2025, I made a purchase 2021 April 17th for $598. This is important in order to make payments you have to make your first initial payment it’s even in the fine print of contract and obvious. So I made my initial first payment which you have to do of $90 or right around there I made my second payment and set of for auto pay. A months later I get a past due balance they tell me auto payments had a glitch. I’m thinking I’ve been making my payments and ask why I’m just now getting a text or email 4-6 months later (they want your interest duh) so they wave the late fees because it was their mess up. I make another payment set up auto payments again. Now around 1 year in I’ve paid about $250.. Auto pay stops working again. 6 months later get a text. They tell me again they will wave “some” of the late fees and interest. I make a payment of $150 and $434 to pay it off. I check my balance goes to 0. In total paid $782 for the item of $598. Fast forward to today amongst 2 years later I get a text my payment is due. Not a email or text in almost 2 years. They say I owe $586 balance. My Klarna app and account now shows only 2 payments made in 2023 for $434.47 and $150. My initial payments which you have to make the 1st initial payment no matter what are no longer showing on my Klarna account for 2021 when I bought it and 2022. Completely trying to rob me. Be ware. Even if I’d never paid anything the 2 payments it does site equals the item. But to have evening disappear from the 2 years prior is robbery. My husbands company lawyer is going to help me but they waisted 2 hrs of my time today trying to collect money that was paid off. Also you think if it wasn’t paid off they would wait 2 years to text the b same number I’ve always had that a payment is due? It’s because it was paid off in 2023 and I had a 0 balance. Stay far far away from this company. Now if they make it right I will update but either way it’s costing a lot of time to fix if they decide too

      Don't use them! They will let you buy something and tell you that you are approved. Then after the products are delivered, they cancel the card and wipe out your bank account with no warning. Tried chatting with **************** and they were absolutely no help at all. Kept telling me to reapply but the damage was already done. I will never use them again because not I feel they can't be trusted. When I saw what they had done to my bank account I was devastated. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

      They took my money without securing item. Seller isn't obligated to hold item. Now I'm out money and no item to show for it. **************** was unhelpful and seemed to not understand my inquiry.I opened a ticket on the order in question and the agent asked which order I was referring to. I was baffled. Like can we start with the order we're literally chatting through?

      I have been hacked by My banking acct and they had to stop all Bank Card and Stop any Transactions going to my bank, I could not make a payment, But when i was able to make Payments I cleared all payments over $250.00 in payments. I have been in touch with KLARNA **** who are not even from here, and They all Redirected me to Credit Transunion I have spoken with them many times, Every day, I was able to get one AGENT who spent 2 Hours of her time to really work with me and FIND i have a Bankruptcy on my credit, MIND you I been with KLARNA since 3/2022 and I never put KLARNA on my Bankruptcy and since they see it They will not REINSTATE MY PURCHASE POWER where I had up to $2,000 in purchase power because I paid on time and paid in ADVANCE early pay off. I advised them will be making a formal complaint against them and advising at this point... PLEASE DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT IF HAVE ANY FINIANCIAL ISSUES DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT WITH A BANKRUPTCY ON YOUR CREDIT.. I WAS TOLD HAVE THE CREDIT REMOVE THE BANKRUPTCY FOR THEM TO REINSTATE ME BACK... WOW THE BUSINESS ETHIC FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS -0 I HAVE BEEN A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER AND NOW CANT USSE THEM.. I ENJOYED KLARNA THEY WILL LOSE A LOT GOOD CUSTOMERS.. WITH THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS.. AND HOW THEY DO CUSTOMERS..

      DON'T USE THEM. KLARNA WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY CONFIRM YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE AND CANNOT GET REACTION FROM THE MERCHANT. THEY LOVE TO SAY NO WORRIES BUT DON'T HELP YOU GET REFUND.
