      1) I was assured my refund would go back on my credit card, that didn't happen.2) I was able to use my klarna balance for 1 small purchase of 25.00.3) Next time I went to make a purchase I was denied.4) I tried over 10 times the last 2 1/2 weeks to make a purchase and was denied.5) I have spoken on the phone to Klarna employees at least 8 times, and none of them were able to fix the problem.6) My money is sitting in my klarna balance, and I can't spent it. Any purchase I try to make is denied.7) Therefore, I have money in my klarna balance that is not usable on your site.8) Again, my payment methods keep getting denied, everything is accurate on my payment methods, I spoke to my bank, nothing wrong with my card or bank ********** It's my money, and I want it back.TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STOP TELLING CUSTOMERS THAT THEIR MONEY WILL BE BACK ON THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS OR ********************** CARDS IN 48HRS. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO BY EVERY KLARNA EMPLOYEE I SPOKE WITH!11) You keep replying to me with the same email FORM letter, and are making no attempt to help me or practice good business by making the customer, me, happy. Holding customers money hostage is horrible, and bad business on your end.

      This company is partnering with fraudulent companies, I used then to make payment to a company called ********, I needed a refund, the company asked me to contact Klarna for my refund and Klarna is asking me to contact them . They are colluding with this fraudulent company to deny my refund. The company told me they would have refunded me if I didn’t use Klarna. Klarna is asking me to contact them because they could not contact them . This is a scam and I am disappointed that a reputable company like Klarna is helping this company to scam people.

      Wow , I really love Klarna , they have so many options to buy what you what or need. This past Christmas I reserved a 8 day stay at the ******. I also decided to add 2 more days , near the end of my reservation. It was so easy , convenient , and reliable. I am planning on using Klarna every time my family goes on vacation. Not to mention all the awesome stores you can but stuff from through Klarna Thank you Klarna , your amazing

      I have been a good paying customer in the years I've been using klarna I may have been late making a payment a couple times but the payments were made late in any case overall I paid off all my debts, just recently I paid off a hugh loan and made my final payment with klarna which left my balance at 0 % I owed klarna nothing all paid up ....klarna said I had 1800 spending power which ment in klarna 's terms they will loan me up to 1800 ..I'm good for it and I've earned being a good paying customer ..well klarna declined a $300 order I placed ..anything else I tried to purchase klarna declined rejected refused, now remember I'm fully paid up ...and I have 1800 spending power ...I deleted my account ..and when I decided to give klarna a second chance and re create a new account they blocked me from creating a new account with my associated phone number...you go klarna that's how you should treat a good paying customer ,??. No matter what excuse you have in response to this complaint klarna ...YOUR WRONG ..YOUR COMPANY IS WRONG , AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNETHICAL !!!!

      ******** customer service. I'm owed refunds and they still haven't given me my money back. Nobody will help me. This has been going on since December 20th. When they want their money they take it. I have reached out multiple times with nothing being resolved. Horrible. I will never use again

      Scammed That's how I feel. I ordered a laptop from a popular company. They canceled the order thinking I was being hacked. I didn't know that until 2 day later. That was q1/02/2024. They are still charging me 12/25/2024. I've provided proof from phone calls,emails, and texts ect. I practically did their job. Please avoid them at all cost. They hung up on me3 time. My question was too hard. That's what happens when you read from a prompt. Run don't walk because I found out they have been taken money from me for a while. They take just enough money to where you will not notice.

      Klarna refuses to refund me my payment on a cancelled item. Please do not use this App. They will not refund money but they will take it. I was given a hassle and they blamed my bank for not getting my refund.

      I made a purchase using the Klarna store card and made a return using the same method of payment. Klarna still debited my account for the $323.99. I uploaded the receipt for the return but theyre stating they still have to do an investigation. **** poor customer service, all the agents have language barriers, they have no sense of urgency and no sense of empathy or understanding for the three hundred, twenty three dollars and ninety nine cents debited from my account a week before the holiday. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

      I never received a coat from northface I put in dispute with Klarna and my credit card cause thats what northface told me to do and Klarna rep ***** put dispute in right its been two months and still no money back they charging me and crediting me thinkin Im not gone pay attention and keep takin the money back Im reporting to the ************************************ as well smh this will be the third dispute Klarna is trying to initiate as we speak without giving me my money back

      They have a system error on my account that no one seems to be able to fix. I have not been able to make payments. Account was sent to collection same day of purchase using klarna card. Noone knows why. But collection has no record. I have tried relentlessly trying to resolve since September via chat and support agent. They have given me the same response "it will be escalated to higher team" if I do hear back it's never a resolution just asking same questions.
