  Very deceptive advertising. Not everyone gets approved please make sure you read everything because they f*** you when you are trying to pay

  Let me start by saying stay as far awayLet me start by saying stay as far away as you can from this app. They are just plan scammers. I order I phone thru their app from GameStop. They said that its was delivered by ****** checked my cameras and nothing. I called Klarna , GameStop and ***** and couldnt get any help. I told them I have ring camera proof they never delivered it. Klarna wont help and neither will GameStop. I file a report with police , ***** and GameStop and nothing is done. All I keep hearing is file with the method of payment, I reach out to Klarna and they say that they cant help me that GameStop had to refund me. So I finally, am feed up and go to my bank and file a complaint they return the first payment that I made and put an order not to let any charged from Klarna to process. So know I get a message from GameStop that my order was canceled because they couldnt fulfill it and Klarna also sends me to collection. So basically they got the money back from GameStop and they are still trying to het money from me. Dont even bother trying to call their customer service line all you get is people from over seas that you cant even understand. This app is pure fraud and people should stay very very far away.

  ALERT!! Giving all the personal info Klarna requested, I was approved for a purchase of $1588. I clicked the option to pay w/ the Klarna account that had been created which redirected me to Klarna. I had to enter my personal debit card info in order for Klarna to receive the monthly payments. The very next screen I got after entering my debit card number, expiration date, and cvv was a declaration that I was denied. My issue with this company is not the fact that I was declined the credit line, my issue is the fact that they took such personal information that is linked to my bank account and THEN denied my purchase. I feel like this was a complete SCAM to get very personal information. BE WARNED!!! THEY TAKE PERSONAL DEBIT INFO & THEN DENY YOU!!!! Why would you need information for repayment if you don't qualify?

  I was trying to order something off **** website through klarna was charged to my account (7/12/21) but was told my order was declined opened a chat with customer service was told to wait 1-7 business days it is now August 4 2021 with no refund

  I have been using ******* for the pass 6 month I bought Slander threw Forward I return the merchandise in July ***** and still didnt receive my $109.63. I call their customer service and they said they will send my refund until now I didnt receive a check please dont shop with these thieves Im writing to channel 7 on my side they are going to pay my money

  They changed the amount approved for purchasing without informing me. My account still showed I had a certain amount approved and open for use but they declined every purchase amount due to them changing their lending policy without any notice or updating it on my end to ever see.

  Honestly my pride is a little hurt. Ive been using Klarna for about 2 years now. Ive used them for buying a pizza oven that was 700 dollars to wigs that were about 18 dollars. Ive never had a late payment with them. Everything has been paid on time if not earlier. I stopped using them for about 3 months because I was moving and pack and unpack and moving. A **** sqft house to a **** sqft house isnt all that easy to move with 2 other people. So I havent really had the time to shop since Ive been occupied with that and work. So I go back onto the app and it says late payment.. an im thinking what did I buy that I didnt pay for??? So Im trying to find it and I cant find anything Everything says it was paid on time. I have over 70 on time payments not a single one late. They completely cut my purchasing power off. I went from a credit score in the low 500 with A purchase power of $1400 Ive now gotten my credit score up to Six and now my purchase power is a zero. I think after 70 payments on time or early, should show that my purchase power should still be the same and its not. Theyve taken all of it away and Ive been running in circles trying to figure this out since June 24th. Its now augs 2nd. I feel like the professionalism that has been displayed has been fraudulent an I wouldnt call it professional at all. I also feel like Im being discriminated against and I feel like my character is being lied about due to the simple fact that It says Ive not followed through on my end on my payments when I have. I wouldnt recommend giving someone the power to lie on you to credit card companies considering the fact its going off my credit score. Even though it wont be affected so they say then how is my purchase power based off my credit score? Im not quite sure the motiveI hope everyone knows that Even if you do a soft check on a your credit score its still gunna show on your credit score even if they tell you it wont. They cant be trusted!

  I regret using this company to pay for my purchase! I bought something at this website and my order wasn't delivered. I contacted the company I bought the item from and they said that unfortunately they cannot replace the item anymore, because it's not available. They also cannot give me a refund, because it showed delivered on their end. I told Klarna about it and they told me that I still have to pay them for an item that I never got.

  This is a SCAM. Klarna collects credit card info, charges money, and the product never arrives. In my case I waited 4 weeks for an SUV cargo box that never arrived. Both Klarna.com and Auxilious.com are FAKE scams. The government should go after them. The customer support is also totally fake, the call waiting says 27 minutes no matter what (and never picks up), email doesn't work, and online chat support doesn't work. Klarna.com and auxilious.com are FAKE SCAMS !!!
