      Greenix has come door to door thru our neighborhood and has been very aggressive and rude. Yesterday we were approached by a female sales representative while we were trying to get out of our cars. We have NO SOLICITATION signage and she ignored them. She was asked to leave several times and refused. A male rep knocked on my neighbors door at 10 pm tonight, which is against the soliciting laws here. They are incredibly rude and aggressive. While we realize they have a right to be here, they need to leave when asked and also not go around the neighborhood after hours. I have included a timestamped screenshot of them knocking at my neighbors door at 10 pm.

      March 6, 2024 two techs were called to my home for an ant issue. The one tech was advised to stay inside and the other tech was outdoors and while spraying with his chemical he damaged the trim on the siding which pulled away from the siding and left a bright red streak! There is also same red **** on garage. The techs upsold me on rodent control boxes but when asked to sign their 20 point inspection agreement, I was told it was just to agree to leave their boxes! They never sent me a legal contract or disclosure of what the monthly bill covers of $79.88! I also emailed the *** ****************** and asked for the name of their property damage insurance company and he never got back to me! I heard nothing for over 90 days from Greenix but a monthly debit from my bank! When I cancelled, the company said no account number exists! They told me they got the wrong account numbers mixed up! I requested cancellation by address, phone, and name! Lo and behold, prior to 9am on 6/14/24 a tech knocked on my door stating he is trying to resolve this and someone has tried to call me! No one called, I contacted Tavion! The tech did not inform me, on 6/14/24 that he was advised to take pics of siding damage! He then, *** tells me he saw no damage to garage door and I never said anything about my garage door! He then proceeds to say the red line from their chemical used was from my car! It was bright red and my paint color is called dark Torador red not even close in color! They now said, the 20 point inspection checklist meant I added rodent control and that meant a year contract that they will continue to bill me for! This company did not even have an account number for me so how do I have a contract and a checklist is not a contract!I would not recommend this company!

      Dear BBB:
      Re: Greenix there instruction was to call claims and speak to ********. I left several VM and I have phone numbers that record on my iPhone and she did not respond back! They have neglected the care in their contract that they baited me to bundle them without any explanation of doing so and only was here once in more than 90 days and never checked the rodent traps in that time! They were negligent of repairing the property damage their chemical dust left behind on my siding leaving red lines! 
      Please see attachment and if instructed me to call ******** is their way of handling a claim form that is not provided to submit a property damage claim, then another unacceptable claim! They will void any contract for neglect of duty and resolve this damage on my siding! In addition, the technician that was out taking pictures did not even tell me he was doing so! He also denied wrong doing of the company by saying my vehicle created the damage of the red line which my vehicle is a different shade of red! They debited my bank account for over 90 days of service that was not provided! I submitted a claim to my insurance company who also saw the damage and the trim was pulled away from the siding too more than likely his elbow or his tool used to spray with the chemical caused that damage too! *********************

      Unfortunately, we are unable to comply with the requests made by *****. We have communicated all of the information provided by her to our claims department and it has been determined that the damages reported were not a result of any activities performed by a Greenix employee. We have attached the pictures of said damage. These markings are not reflective of a possible affect of the products we use. 

      Also, *****'s agreement outlines in clause 13 that Greenix is not liable for any damage in this matter. For reference, we have included the contract as well as outlined this clause below.

      Waiver. By signing this Agreement, Customer expressly waives and releases all of the Greenix Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, losses, costs, and attorneys' fees for (i) personal or bodily injury (including allergies, illnesses, stings or other*****) to Customer or one of Customer's family members, invitees, animals, or pets caused by the Pesticides or any pest or insect activity, and (ii) any property damage to any of Customer's personal or real property, caused by the Pesticides or pest or insect activity. Customer also waives the right to bring any claim under or related to this Agreement unless such claim is made in writing within one (1) year of the Service or incident which gives rise to said claim. Further, Customer also waives the right to bring any claim related to any harm caused by the Pesticides until after the Customer has exhausted all legal remedies against the manufacturer(s) ofthe Pesticides. For the purposes of this Agreement, harm caused by "pest or insect activity" shall include, but not be limited to, harm caused by birds, insects, rodents, mites, animals, or mollusks.

The company states their product does not cause the red line that was on the siding after their chemical was used, they did not indicate what the chemical on the property was used that day they were at my home or why it oxidized in this fashion! They are liable!

      I originally contacted this company in March, 2024 to come to my home home for Exterminating Ants I wad having.

      Paid Initial fees- came out.

      CONTINUED to have SAME problem- STILL have ANTS.
      In May, 2024 automatic charges were debited from my account.
      I called Company and said I wanted to CANCEL their service- which was WORTHLESS!
      They told me I COULDN'T CANCEL or get my money refunded.
      Sent an E-Mail to ********* ********* - Bob N*****; TOTALLY IGNORED my communication.
      Want my money refunded and AN YAgreement with them VOIDED.

      Around the 1st week of May, 2024 I reached out to Greenix to find out why they had not serviced my home since January 30, 2024. The contract indicated they would treat the premises quarterly. On the day of service it was raining and only one service (inside) could be done and the tech offered to reschedule to do both on the same day, which I elected to do. No one showed up on the day he indicated later that week. I called again and was told techs do not set scheduling appts. I received an email setting the next appt on 6/5, I took off work and again no one showed. The next email I received was that we would be serviced 6/8. Again, no one showed. I've texted several times and have requested someone call me. No one has ever called me back. It was been almost 6 months since my home was last treated. However, they continue to collect $109.00 each month.

      I did not seek Greenix out for their services. They did door-to-door sales last summer and I agreed to their elaborate sales pitch. I have more problems with pests now than I did before contracting with them. Their tag-line to me was "we'll do so good on the outside we won't have to treat the inside." Honestly, I've never had pests inside the house before switching to Greenix. I just want to receive the services I'm paying for each month.

      I started service in October 2023 for bait boxes to be placed outside of my home due to having rats in my crawl space. I had no issues up until about the end of March 2024. I was offered a free interior rodent plan that was set to be one day a week for four weeks. The first tech that was supposed to come out cancelled on me last minute. The next tech went down into the crawl space where the activity is at & set out traps. I had another tech come out that refused to go down into the crawl space and later says that the contract has been changed due to an incident with workers passing out & they are no longer allowed. The interior rodent service is to have traps set up. The traps are in the crawl space. I cancelled service that day and had someone else come out the next day. This technician told me complete opposite information on what is crawling around down there and told me what options I had that I could do myself. The same tech from the first week came back out the third week and went back down to check in the crawl space and added more traps. He advised me to ask only for him to come out due to other techs coming out and giving me the wrong information as they were “new”. The last tech that was sent out advised I only ask for him and told me that this needs to be extended as this is more serious and will take longer than a week. No call back no email just more appointments being scheduled without my knowledge on not the correct service. The tech that was due to come this last Monday said he will not be going down in the crawl space which is where the traps are that need reset and baited. At this time I will not be paying for any more bait boxes and I will not be paying a cancellation fee. This is humiliating. I get a call from a supervisor on Saturday to call back. I call back they tell me to call back during normal business hours which I was. I’ve now called every single day since with no call back. This has been nothing but a nightmare.

      Had them for years. Charging for services they dont want to do. Had issues with new wasp nests. I told them and they stated they got rid of the nest. Two weeks later I got stung. Then they came back to destroy the nest. This year they treated the house and 10.15 days later there are other hives. Now they claim my house is too tall. They can't reach the eave near the roof and there company does not have equipment due to safety issues. They offer prevention and getting rid of insects. Essential it's a marketing scam to loot customers. I called there customer services says we can give you maintenance but will not get rid of the hives. I would like my money back from last may-June to now. All of there techs are one question away from getting defense and rude in last 2 years. They failed prevention every year for 2 years.

      We signed up with GreenIx For the 12 month plan. At first, we were able to get a couple appointments. They came out and sprayed for ants. And they said they would be out each season to spray. The rest of the month we made appointments they always canceled on us. I would call in to reschedule for an appointment. They started saying they would have to issue a ticket, that they would have a person come out to do the job. And nobody would show up. Even when I got a text from the person that was supposed to come out to spray. It would say we’re on our way and see you later today. As the day goes on, they never showed up. They never gave us a call why they did not show up. This Has been going on for months. And again we were told we had an appointment on the 28th. And we got a text stating it was canceled. We have only a couple months left on the contract. And we will be canceling it. We’ve been paying all this money each month only got the surface a few times within the year. I don’t think it is fair that we have been paying and not been able to get any Service from them. This is been a waste of money and time. I feel that they should just cancel us early. And I feel I should get some kind of free fund back for all the cancellations they have put us through. I do not want to continue Greenix.

      On Friday May 3rd I paid $266.86 for a one time carpenter ant removal service and was told by the technician that within two weeks my ant problem would be resolved since a bait was applied to problem areas and an insecticide applied to the permitter of my home but that if not resolved I would be entitled to my money back or a return service free of charge if the problem was not fully resolved within the 30 days. As of today, May 23rd, greater than two weeks but less than one month from the service date (May 3rd 2024) I am still seeing the carpenter ants at my residence recognizable by their distinct bent antennas(see photos attached). The service I paid for did not resolve the problem and I was told by the technician that if the service was not effective that within thirty days that greenix would come back my home and they are refusing to make it right

      I hired them to get rid of the moles in my yard. They said they could and if I upgraded my service I could get a discount so I did. They also told me I could cancel at any time and when I tried they told me I was under contract.
      They set traps and said they would check them every week and they never did. The traps were tripped within a day and nobody ever came back to reset them. I called them when they missed there appointments and they told me they would be there the next day and nobody showed. This went on for several weeks. They said the moles were gone. I called and complained again because the moles were still tearing up my yard so they come back again to set traps and the process started all over again with them not doing what they promised me they were going to do. Check traps every week.
      One of the days I was home, I seen the gal get out of her pickup and walk around my house get back in her pickup and drive off. She didn’t touch or check anything.
      This company took $1000.00 from me and didn’t hold up to their end of the agreement. They refuse to give me my money back.
      I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY SAY THEY WERE GOING TO PROVIDE.
