      We paid hundreds of Dollars from March till July 19 .. even been over charged for service we never ask for . And was never done . The service we did ask for pest and rodent was never completed correct and told that we would have a refund . In amount of $278.00 never sent after many calls only to be told it was credit and again we was told was going to be refunded . Still terrible service and charges. Against my bank card for service never done. ..

      Regarding my claim I wasn't able to reply due to having to stay in hospital... Greenex never sent the money owed . Instead what they did was credit services . That we no longer want due to the tearable service we have received in past . To this day I'm still receiving text messages. From Greenex . To come service my home . For the credit money. . we only want the money to that was over charged. Owed to us . don't want any Service because of the terrible service they have provided in past ...

      Sorry for the confusion, I thought you were only referring to the Pest Control. I have now cancelled your rodent baiting as well. They will come pick up the bait stations ASAP. As for the refund I've attached the information from our credit card company, the refund was processed on 7/25. This was not a credit it was a refund please see attachment. At this point you should contact your bank, refunds typically only take 5 days to post to your account.

      I have paid for this service for a year. Every few months they come out and the problem gets worse, not better.
      I've called repeatedly and they say "our service is guaranteed, we will come try something different ". They've never done anything more. They charged me even when I told them their service is pointless and not to come. They charged for nonrendered services and the infestation of insects is not better it is worse

      We paid hundreds of dollars for their service, but the issues we had didn't get resolved. We still have issues with voles in our yard, and spiders in our basement. Every time we complained about it, and asked for them to resolve the issue, we were unable to schedule a return visit. We were told to wait for three months. We waited 3 months, just as they asked, but there is still no change. When we used orkin to resolve a spider issue in our previous home, it improved in a couple of weeks. We do not want to continue to pay for a service that doesn't work. We asked for a refund. They refused to refund our money that we paid so far, and on top of that, they are charging us a cancellation fee of $250. They are also threatening to send us to collections, even though our account is not in arrears. This has been a terrible experience all around. Please do not use this company.

      I listened to the call and the agent explained that the refund was issued and there is no balance owed. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but that is the same response I have for you. Nothing is owed, the refund has been issued.

      I signed up with Greenix on May 25th ( see attached pdf ) and an hour later I changed my mind and went with a different company. I cancelled my contract immediately and according to their contract even though I had 3 days I cancelled within an hour and received a cancellation notification from Greenix ( see attached pdf ) They never provided a service and to this day they have not issued a credit.

      My name is ***** ****** and I have used Greenix service to control and eliminate soley and only Carpenter Bees that were existing in and around the front porch of my home. Their Sales Rep **** ******* confirmed that once the Carpenter Bees were eliminated that I would be able to cancel the service. I distinctly recall the conversation because I questioned him that if the Bees were eliminated then there would be no sense of continuing the services. He advised me again that I would be able to cancel. I have been consistenly calling Greenix since the Agents provided me with an exclusion treatment that eliminated the bees in order to cancel the service. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed but I am extremely disturbed that I am now unable to cancel. The Agents are continuing to come out to my home despite there being no presence of Carpenter Bees, adding services for pests that I did not request and charging me for it as well. I am looking for a resolution and no one that I have spoken to is providing me with anything but an apology for the Rep **** providing inaccurate information. I think this is completely unfair, unprofessional and I was misled by the Rep **** *******. I am requesting a resolution.Account Number ******

      On June 21 2022 a sales representative named Eli rang our doorbell and wanted us to sign up for greenix and let us know of all the offers. We told him we used ***** and didn’t want to spend anymore money on pest control. He then preached on how greenix is competitive and would take care of our ***** bill without a problem. So of course we trusted him and he took a picture of our ***** bill told us that he will email it to his office. I called greenix 2 weeks later and said I got another bill from ***** saying that I needed to pay them. Anna B**** from greenix told me they do not pay for other company’s bills and when she reached out to Eli he said he never said that nor recalls even being at this house. I was shocked to hear all this and I was definitely lied to. Anna B**** was no help at all afterwards and said she’ll call me back the next day. 4 days later I called and she picked up again. She told me they will not refund me and it’s hard to know what actually happened. I told her to let me talk to someone higher so I can resolve this. She put me on hold and said her manager will call me back in 10 minutes. That was hours ago. I feel very disrespected and suckered into signing up for this. The only reason I signed up is because I was assured my other bill will be handled. It’s ridiculous the horrible customer assistance I have received and how easily greenix is down playing this situation

      I'm constantly harassed by a collection agency (***** ********** ***) involving a pest control company I used in the *** ****** area called Greenix Pest Control, formerly **** **** ******** The harassment involves what they're alleging that the final bill was never paid. After constant emails and phone calls, they still haven't removed my final payment from their records. The house I was living in was sold, and they continued to harass the new owner of the house about paying for pest control which the new owners never agreed upon. This harassment needs to stop. I have proof that the final bill was paid, which needs to end now. Please see the attached documents.

      I hired this company in July of 2022 for pest control and insect extermination. The first exterminator walked with a pump no bigger than a pop can spraying the inside and outside of my home. He also showed me what was believed to be entry points for mice. He place one trap within my home and the rest outside and not where my concerns were, because he didn't have enough of them. He set me up with an appointment to get the entry points filled around my home, that exterminator came and filled the entry points. He didn't have enough to fill them, I told him about the mice in my home in the trap box and he didn't want to rid of them, because he still had other clients to see and he said it would be too hot with them being dead. I offered for him to rid them in my trash, but he ended up taking them with him. Then there was the third exterminator and he came and inspected my complaints and found that the entry points weren't entry points at all and sprayed my home over again. I made an appointment 7-27-2022 about the rodents issue and they were supposed to be here 7-28-2022. I had a morning appointment and no one called to cancel. I called the company and they informed me the exterminator didn't have enough traps to complete this appointment. I am very unsatisfied with the work of this company. The only person that tried to make things right was the exterminator that came out and when the manager requested he come and do things over. The employee that sold me this agreement said 3 months and it actually 12 months. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with the work this company does. So, for the next few months, everytime I get serviced I will be leaving a review with the BBB.

      We are under contract with Greenix where they come and service our house for pest control every 3 months. They were out at our property on 7/5/2022. Of course when they come out they tell you if you have any issues to let them know. On Friday 7/8/2022 my wife not only noticed a wasps nest by our deck, but also got stung. I called Greenix to get somebody out to take care of this wasps nest (which part of the service we pay for). They say that they can not come out until 7/19/2022 because it is ILLEGAL for them to come out within 14 days of service. But of course on their website it says

      This completely violates what they are saying, that they can not have 2 service appointments within 14 days. It is false advertising

      Sorry for the confusion. The EPA does not allow us to apply chemical to the same location within a 14 day window. Obviously, we can come out and take care of this situation. I'm going to have my Customer Advocacy Manager call you to clear this up, as the notes on your account say we already came out on 7/12/2022 and resolved it.

      We've been using Greenix for 3 years. Over the last year, we've had 3 total instances where Greenix would show up, unannounced, to service our house, despite not being on the schedule. I called each time it happened to prevent being double charged for the services and they reassured me they wouldn't bill me. Fast forward to this week, and our technician showed up at the house, sitting in his car for some time, and we were worried the gentleman wouldn't perform the services, but would bill us. Because we have cameras, I let him know my husband was home and was waiting for the service to be completed. He got out and walked around the house, but the service was completely unsatisfactory. Normally they wipe our house of all cobwebs and come up on our back deck to spray, and get cobwebs, but this gentleman didn't do any of this. Upon "completion"- he texted to let me know he noticed a significant amount of mosquitos on our property and asked if he could treat for mosquitoes -- and I declined the service. THe next morning a gentleman showed up to our property, unannounced, knocking on the door at 7:30AM to treat for mosquitoes. I told him we didn't agree for the services to be completed and we weren't interested. Despite telling him this, he came back for a second time, knocking on the door to complete the service, and I declined again.

      The company is not trustworthy and I'm no longer comfortable using their services because of ALL the issues we've had. Yesterday I called to cancel services and ask for a refund, and they told me the only way to get a refund for our account was to remain a customer and they would process a refund and send someone else out to complete our service. I no longer want this company servicing our home -- so I went ahead and canceled services. I would like a full refund for the $112.88. The work was poor and the services were not what we contractually pay for. They even agreed that the work wasn't to their standard, but refused to refund.
