This company will scam you. Do not sign anything! They are wanting me to pay a $250 cancellation fee, which I will not pay. They say I signed an 18 month contract.. It was never explained to me that I was doing such, furthermore there was no contract signed. Nothing given to me in writing... They continue to harass me with phone calls and emails.

This company provides unreliable service. They are billing you monthly for a service that you are not receiving; when you call them, they act like it is magically scheduled for that day. Poor customer service. Scamish....Greenix Pest Control

Not happy with this company. Have been using them for almost 2 years. Can't wait for my contract to expire. Treatments seem to be partially effective. I have had to do re-treatments several times within a week. I have had to wait quite long for a tech to visit after asking for a visit outside the two month schedule. Several times waited over a week. One time it took 2 weeks.
One thing irked me early on - sales guy never said I would be billed every month yet they come only 6 times a year. I thought they charged when they came on-site. I wanted to cancel because of that misunderstanding they said I would have to pay $300 to break the contract. When I asked to speak to the sales guy who sold the service to me, they said he no longer worked for the company.Greenix Pest Control

We’ve had Greenix for 3 or 4 years. All of the service techs are professional and perform excellent work around the house. Both rodent and bug control have been working extremely well. Today, Damon was here and notified me via text early morning that we were on his route. I asked him if he would arrive am or pm. He replied late morning and also sent another text we were next and he was on the way. He was right on time. Great service!Greenix Pest Control
