      I am very unhappy with this company. They came out to spray for bugs, especially for spiders. It didn't help. I called about 10 days later and told them it didn't help, so they sent out another person. He took down spider webs in the garage, which should have been done the first time they came. A week later a spider scurried across the kitchen floor. One was in my bathtub. I got a spider bite which I got during the night that was painful, I decided to get the pest control. We also had stink bugs which their pest control did not get rid of. The company sent out 2 men after I called 5 times telling I didn't want their service any more. They then told me I had singed a contract with them and I would have to pay $250.00 to cancel. A nice salesman came and told me the service would only be $79.00 for a year. He had an a small tablet which did not show a contract. About 5 days later they sent an email about a contract. I noticed at the end of the so called contract there was a place where you were suppose to sign your initials. I did not put my initials on it, because you couldn't see the so called contract on the tablet. Very deceptive advertising. I paid $79.00 and two payments of $40.00 Citi Bank credited one $40.00 charge. I didn't know another charge of $40.00 would show up on my credit card. I want the charge of $79.00 credited to my credit card. What a rip off.

      I was a customer of Greenix for about a year and a half. Then one day they sent FOUR guys to my house, the guys asked if they could have access to my garage and I politely declined. They did their regular maintenance and left but moments later returned WITHOUT checking in with me, ENTERED MY SHED (after I had declined them entry to inside my property) and then texted me a cryptic message saying that I have a "serious serious infestation". We looked into this apparent "serious serious infestation" ourselves the next day and turns out it was all a LIE. There was no infestation, they just wanted to get more money from me for an issue that didn't even exist. I've heard this same exact story from others in my community. Oh, and they wouldn't let me cancel without paying their penalty fee DESPITE TRESPASSING INTO MY PROPERTY AFTER THEIR VISIT WAS OVER AND WHEN I ASKED THEM NOT TO.
      DON'T DO IT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PEST CONTROL. ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE.

      Do NOT hire Greenix of Cleveland. Wildly overpriced, you have to call them to come to the house for each visit and the salesman placed us on a contract which we did not agree to and cannot get out of. These problems may be manageable if the chemicals they use actually work. I have called for them to come out many times and I still have spiders and stink bugs.
      Do not use!

      Austin ******* does an excellent job. He informs us of his coming by email and also comes to the door to let me know he's there. He always checks with us to see if we're having any specific problems. I totally recommend the services of Greenix Pest Control. They do a fantastic job!

      The Greenix technician Ricardo is very personable, and knowledgable about the business. He answered any questions that arose and was very thorough when performing application process.

      Johnathon called before he came, and he arrived when he said he would. He dusted for any cobwebs outside, sprayed the perimeter inside and outside. We currently have no bugs, so the service is working as promised.

      Do not sign anything.
      Their treatment seemed ineffective. They lie and say they'll come out to treat if you have recurring issues but getting them to show up is impossible. They have rescheduled multiples times and have failed to show on each occasion. I get a text saying "unfortunately we cannot make the appointment but we have rescheduled for a different day;" then they fail that one as well.
      I was talked into getting their rodent service (before I saw this company for the scam that it is); and they immediately charged my card but never showed up to add the rodent traps or do the second treatment.
      This is the planet fitness of pest controls in that all they care about is getting you under contract so they can fail over and over and then attempt to extort you for a cancellation fee of nearly 200 (I believe it's over 200 but the clown I spoke with said the best he could do was lower the cancellation some.
      When I said to the guy "dude be a human. You'd not be ok with paying a company for services when all they do is keep failing and not showing up" his answer was "you can't assume to know what I would do."
      Seriously. This should be investigated if this is their company policy; but short of that no one should give these people their money.
      I told them I was going to leave a detailed review of this treatment and they acted like reviews don't seem to matter.
      Still waiting for them to make this right.
      Will update if they do.

      Fantastic Service by Greenix today. I walked the perimeter of my home with the technician and evaluated each box where rodent bait had been placed. Was amazed at the amount of bait that had been consumed by the critters. Thankfully the service for rodents works well and keeps them outside the house! Our tech Jabraelyn was awesome. He even brought up our trash cans! Such a nice random act of kindness. Cheers to Jabraelyn!!!
