      I have been waiting since November 2023 for my granddaughter to get her magazine and as of today she still hasn't received them. The excuses I get from hightlights is that they don't know what happen to them, so I requested a refund. Hopefully I will get that. I am very disappointed the Hightlights.

      Hello Ms. Daniel, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to learn that you've had difficulties with delivery. The subscription started with the JAN24 issue and as of today, nothing has been returned from the postal service marked "Undeliverable" We recently received an address change on 2/26/2024 and that change was effective with the APR24 issue. A cancellation/refund was generated on 2/26 and the credit should have appeared back within 1-5 business days from that date.       my chat with shante was very efficient. in less than 3 minutes she had resolved my issue and offered a reship in the event the littles had been not received their first magazine. they had gotten their magazines but it was nice to have that offered instead of needing to request. thank you again!

      I enjoyed my chat with *****. She was very helpful and prompt. She helped me with everything I needed. The subscription is for my grandsons, but I have had subscriptions throughout the years for my own children ( which are now grown). I have enjoyed the magazine as much as they have. I used them in my home school and now I buy learning activities from your store for my grandchildren’s home schooling. I appreciate you and your teams hard work. Thank you.

      Had issues with my gift subscriptions that I could get fixed on their website but ***** on the chat line had everything fixed in minutes. So happy they have this option available. Customer service has always been top notch!!!
