      Got a letter in the mail about being unable to deliver a new subscription to the provided mailing address. Contacted Highlights Magazine through their online Customer Service chat portal. Had minimal wait time before connecting to a customer service rep. We updated mailing address and since no issues had been received, the rep made sure to add on months that were missed so that the full subscription issues will be received at the new address. Only feedback would have been to provide the notification of undeliverable/wrong mailing address by email instead of a physical letter.

      Love the magazine, lots of trouble with customer service. They can't seem to understand a change of address and stopped sending the magazine for 3 months, in spite of my many emails and phone calls.
      The most annoyng thing is the CONSTANT nagging to renew, long before renewal is due. Emails almost every day, snail mail "reminders", if my grandson didn't like it so much, I would just cancel, it's that annoying. And yes, I have told them that.

      Hi Ms. *******! Thank you for sharing your feedback. Providing a world class customer experience is our top priority and I apologize that it wasn’t demonstrated to you. In order to accommodate the preferences of as many of our customers as possible, we begin to send notices at the halfway point of each subscription. The renewal notices are simply reminders and invitations to renew. They are not bills. Customers who wish to renew early may return one of these first notices. Once the renewal is processed, additional renewal promotions will not be sent. Our records show an address change was successfully processed on December 11, 2023. I personally sent a response to your email regarding this concern. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
