      My mom gifted my kids with a subscription. After the subscription was up, they sent "puzzle books" unknowingly that they charge for them if they are not returned. Months later I was billed $40 repeatedly until I paid and canceled. They sent products that I didn't order and charged me for them.

      Hello *******, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry for the misunderstanding regarding our Puzzle Buzz club. According to the club offer details, new shipments are processed and mailed approximately every three weeks until all available clubs shipments are sent, or the membership is canceled. Your account was successfully cancelled on November 14, 2023 and the final shipment mailed November 1, 2023. Your account is closed and balance is $0.00. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

      I subscribed 12/2/22. My grandchildren received magazines in January, in April (after I called customer service) in July (after I called customer service and in October. I’ve called a few time and the subscriptions was to be extended til 5/24 but at this point I want a refund. I signed in and cancelled and want a refund for 7 months for each subscription. Very frustrating and disappointing for my grandchildren!!!

Our records show monthly issues were mailed and nothing has been returned back to us as undeliverable. Your account has been cancelled and refunded effective January 17, 2024.       Customer Service responded to my 2nd message immediately, concerning an issue that I'm positive was my error, not theirs. I never heard from the 1st one I sent. I thank them for their immediate response and corrections. I will continue the yearly subscription of Highlights Magazine to my great grandson as long as I am able.

      For some reason, my email is attached to two accounts and I cannot get to my account without using the guest sign in and my account number. Maria was great working with but could not fix the problem. At least now I know that my other grandson's order was processed as it does not show up on the account that I use with my email address.

      I am very disappointed. I also ordered a 1 year subscription from the Christmas specials on-line
      11/21. It was supposed to arrive in 4-6 weeks,
      close to or shortly after Christmas. When my granddaughter did not receive it, I emailed and
      was told 6-8 weeks. It is now 1/16 and still no
      magazines. I finally was contacted today to confirm mailing address. I still don’t have a new status in delivery. Very Disappointing!

      I ordered our subscription for both highlights and brain play beginning of November and still nothing. I was told by you guys I should receive it mid to end of December and now it's mid January and nothing!

      Why offer Christmas special when you don’t get it till February?I sent in the order in November! Then to see that I could have gotten a better deal in December. I ordered magazines a few years ago, no problem. I’m very disappointed.

Unfortunately that was after our Christmas delivery cut off date. The subscription was set to begin with the next available issue at that time: FEB24 issue mailed in January.
