      High five for ******* help in hopefully getting the magazine to my grandson. And she also added on a few extra issues because of the problem we had. It's nice to know it was very easy to reach customer service.

      BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered and paid $34.44 for a High Five one-year subscription on 10/8/23 to be delivered in mid to late December as a Christmas gift for my grandson. This is my 3rd contact about this no-show magazine. I want my money back.

With the special holiday offer you responded to, the first issue and bonus items were mailed to arrive by the holiday and nothing has been returned to us by the post office as undeliverable. Your order was successfully canceled and refunded on 1/2. The credit should appear back within 3-5 business days.       I emailed customer service with a concern about not being offered an apparently available discount when I renewed my subscription, and I was pleasantly surprised by the response and the excellent customer service I received.
      An actual human being read the email and took my concerns into account. This is super valuable.

      My request to upgrade to Highlights was handled VERY quickly. My grandson looks forward to the HighFive magazine and won’t allow his mother to get rid of any of them. Keep up the good work!

      I ordered in October and wanted it to start BY Christmas . I was told I would get an email confirming order. I did not. I called. Again I was told I would get an email. I did not. I called again. I was sent an email without an account number. And was told it would be there by Dec 27th. It is now Dec 28th and no magazine. I am so disappointed. I talk to very nice people who are willing to help but I am given wrong information and I haven’t received my order. I also have to say I get at least 4 advertisements a day on my email to buy more things but I can’t even get what I paid for. Again so disappointed.
