      I ordered a yearly subscription in October with the first issue to be December. We received nothing. Your account page does not show shipping information for magazines. I had to contact CS for them to actually ship. I wonder if I had not reached out would we ever have received our paid yearly subscription or would they have pocketed my money. I don’t understand how we were “forgotten”

      Hi Alexis! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I’m terribly sorry for any inconvenience. After further review, we found a processing/shipping error with a group of orders for the brainPLAY + Highlights bundle. A letter regarding this will be sent via email and mail to affected customers shortly describing the steps we’ll be taking to make this right! The customers (including yourself) will also be compensated for the trouble. Below is a preview of the steps we’re taking:

      All active accounts will be extended for the number of issues they missed. These customers will now receive their first issues in January. The mailed letter will include your new expiration date, and a free bonus gift will be sent to both the buyer and the child listed on the order. These letters will be sent out starting around the first week of January. Once again, I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.       Worst customer service! Where’s my order. Your staff is incompetent and no one knows what they are doing. I will be disputing my charge as it’s been over a month. And tell my recipient they no longer have a subscription is *** Same on you. I will be sure all social media knows not, not , not to ever deal with you

      Even your response to my complaint about delayed shipping (gifts not here in time for Christmas) was lacking. The link you provided in an attempt to sell me something else (**************************) takes me to "page not found."
