      We ordered the high drive activity box along with a 2 yr subscription to the magazine for our grand daughter. An activity box was shipped soon after and the next was shipped 20 days later. These were supposed to be shipped in 3 month intervals. Each shipment is $37.
      I did contact customer service and was told it was an early shipment. This was unacceptable to me. I felt that that was not what was advertised for the subscription and was a way to get more sales. Not good business practice in my opinion.
      In the end, the customer service representative resolved my complaint but i am disappointed.

With the High Five activity box series, new orders and charges are supposed to be processed quarterly (every 3 months). This error has been forwarded to our team for research to help ensure it doesn't happen again. For the trouble, a refund for the second shipment will be generated- you're welcome to keep the shipment with our compliments once it arrives.
