      Purchased Highlights magazine for Children in August/September 2023. Nothing arrived so I called in October annd found it wouldn't be delivered until November so I asked that a back issue be sent in the mean time. I called on 13 NOV and was told that it wouldn't be delivered until December and that no back issue had been sent. I asked again for a back issue and they siad it would probably get there at the same time. Asked that a back issue be sent anyway.
      I havae a very disappointed great granddaughter and am now an irate customer... Is it really incomprehensive that getting a kids magazine mailed out can take 3 plus months after they charged my credit card! Will look for an alternate magazine next time.

After reviewing our records, it shows your order should have arrived starting with the November 2023 issue and nothing has been returned as undeliverable. An address change was successfully processed and a replacement for missed issue was mailed on November 13, 2023. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. I have a sent a response to your personal email address regarding this concern.
