      I messed up on my delivery address when ordering and started a chat with Highlights and they fixed it right away. Took a bit to get a customer service person, but they were friendly and efficient. Looking forward to a fun book for my great-grand every month. Excellent gift!

      I called to confirm a cancelation and a new subscription, it took the person 10 minutes to find me in the system, not under my name, address, account number or child but under a gift subscription for a person not in my house hold. Then I place a Halloween order online under my Account information and confirm to be mailed in my Name and address and I chose my name from drop down, WHY is it being mailed to the other person I have a gift subscription for? I did live chat, they can't see it even though it's on my account now and I have confirmation email from them! The system they use is horrible and not live.

      It took several tries to have a subscription cancelled.
      I liked the books, but had too many. When I finally had it successfully cancelled they also refunded my last payment. I’d give them 4.5 stars if I could. The canceling was a hassle but this is a good company and I would buy from them in the future.
