      When ordering the website said it would arrive in 2 weeks. After ordering the confirmation email said 4-6 weeks. I asked Customer Service and they responded without committing to a timeframe. I asked again and more than 24 hours later was informed it was in fact 4-6 weeks. Very disappointed in poor Customer Service communication and long delivery time.

      I started a which way U.S.A. subscription for my daughter and only received the first shipment. The first month I was told a replacement shipment was sent. A month went by and I was charged again. When I let them know I never received the first replacement I was told to wait longer. Two months went by and I still didn’t receive anything. I just went ahead and canceled. Such a bummer my daughter loved the first magazine she received.

A reship of the second set was processed by an agent on 8/10, and that should have arrived by the end of August (2-3 weeks for delivery). As of today, nothing has been returned from the postal service marked "Undeliverable". Your account was successfully discontinued on 9/5 and another reship was processed for the missing items.       I am a teacher and was looking for something fun for my students that would also use higher level thinking skills. I loved Highlights magazine as a child. I was so disappointed last year after paying for a 1 year subscription to the online Hidden Pictures by Highlights. Every day there is only 1 new puzzle that can't be accessed before or after that day. The online puzzles is an extremely small number and haven't changed at all in the 1 year of my subscription. Last Saturday Highlights charged me for another year without my knowledge or consent. I had NO intention of renewing the subscription. I have gotten nothing for my money.

Unfortunately our website only supports the Daily Puzzle. For the full game play experience (multiple puzzles), customers have to download the Hidden Pictures app. Hidden Pictures Digital Play is a continuous subscription service and is automatically charged monthly/annually as explained online.       I'm giving them 5 stars purely because of the phenomenal service I received from ****** from Highlights Customer Service and I haven't even received a single magazine yet!
      When I purchased my subscription, I noticed that they had charged me the CAD quoted price in the wrong currency (USD) in error. I immediately emailed their customer service. I will agree that reaching out to them via email is a horrible experience. I didn't receive a response for a week, followed up by email once again. Meanwhile, I thought that perhaps I might be able to get a response by reaching out via Instagram.
      I got an immediate response from ****** via Instagram. Right away she understood the issue, asked a few clarifying questions and requested confirmation of the incorrect amount charged to my credit card. Within a couple of days the refund for the extra charge was processed and she kindly extended my subscription for the inconvenience!
      ****** is the ONLY customer service rep that responded with kindness, understood the issue, ensured that it was resolved to my satisfaction and responded quickly.
      I finally received an email response from another rep and it was less than savory, they clearly did not spend the time to read my email properly (proceeded to explain that the CAD subscription costs more than the US price for x,y,z reasons)
      Honestly, THANK YOU ******! You made what otherwise would have been a very poor experience with Highlights an amazing one.
      I hope your mgmt sees this, as they need to know how awesome you are!

      Awful customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased the Which Way USA magazine subscription through ****** and was charged the amount shown. The next day, I received an email from ****** saying the seller changed the amount?! I didn't get anything from Highlights magazine confirming the new charge amount. I don't trust a company that would change an agreed upon amount without notifying the buyer. I emailed and tried the online chat platform on their website and no one has contacted me. Extremely dissatisfied.

Our records show a 12-month subscription to Which Way USA was successfully processed on July 17, 2023. The price of your 12-month subscription was $114.24 plus applicable sales tax. Federal regulations require that we charge sales tax for orders being shipped to Florida. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
