      Similar to another customer, the name on my gift subscription was misspelled. I contacted customer service and the misspelling was promptly corrected. My grand-nephew is thrilled to have this magazine, addressed to him, and looks forward to its arrival every month.

      I had bought a subscription of High Five for my 5-year old son. He loves to check the mail and look for his newest magazine to come but he noticed one day that his name was not spelled right, which I never noticed but he did and was upset by this. So I emailed customer service and explained my dilemma. They were very prompt with a response and assured that my next magazine will have the correct spelling. We were tickled pink with this. So now he has a “bonus” if you will about checking the mail..to check for his
      Scholastic magazine and to make sure his name is correct. This may seem like no big deal to most but it was and is a very “big deal” for a 5 year old! Thank you so much for making our day!

      After being a Highlights Subscriber as a child, I knew I wanted to have my children have the same great experience with the magazine. I signed up two of my children to get the magazines, and ended up having two different "account numbers" with Highlights. I requested them to be combined, so I could keep everything in one place, and got a response near instantly from customer service!

      Will not let you email them or phone them with a complaint. The email function on their website does not work. They put you on hold forever when you call. They are constantly billing people. I cannot tell from their website when my subscription expires or what they are billing me for.

      I have had Highlights for my grandchildren for many years. They love the magazines. I will be added the youngest 2 years old, next.
      Customer service has always been super to work with, They have helped me pick the a different subscription for each of the 3 boys. I will be adding the 4th boy age 2 today.

      As an educator the products offered are fantastic. As a customer buying a one time gift I found the companies policy of renewing automatically without my consent to do so very deceiving. Beware when ordering from this company, they will keep your credit card in file and automatically renew without your knowledge ! They explained to me an email was sent to me and the “one time gift” would be renewed unless I contacted them. I get almost daily & I mean daily email offers directly from Highlights because I provided my email to receive offers; HOWEVER, I did not provide my email address & credit card in order for Highlights to take it UPON THEMSELVES to conveniently “Renew” at my expense & without any approval or contact with me except an email. Beware of providing emails to this corporation & be VERY careful providing your credit card information as they will keep it on file & “Renew” to their advantage capitalizing at your unknowing expense. Highlights for Children screwing Grandparents everywhere by unknowingly renewing subscriptions without consent.

      Hello Ms. ******** thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to learn that you've had difficulties with your account. After reviewing our records, it shows that the charge is for the renewal of the Hello magazine through continuous service. You would have received an email about 30 to 45 before the renewal letting you know it would be expiring and would automatically renew on the card previously used for the subscription so that the child did not miss an issue.
      Your account was successfully canceled on 05/15/2023 with a full refund issued. Your Hello subscription will expire on its own ending with the July 2024 issue. Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] with any additional questions or concerns

      Customer service was great. We renewed with my daughters name and started receiving duplicate issues. Customer service got it straightened out for us and we got a couple extra months for the confusion.

      I did a live chat with ****** to cancel a subscription. She was very helpful and quick! Getting into the chat took about 5-10 minutes, but once there, ****** was able to pull up my account, cancel the subscription and even transferred the remaining 6 to my nephews account!
