      I used to love Highlights magazine and was excited to order it for my child. Ordered March 15, 2023. I called them inquiring about the magazine April 10, and they Said I would have the first issue before April 20th. It's April 20th and I call to inquire where the first issue is, they said it would be mailed out by May 1, 2023. Since I was given different info from 2 different customer service reps, I cancelled the order. Online it says 3-5 weeks for the first issue. We're already passed that and I'm not comfortable paying for an item months before it's delivered.

I'm sorry to learn that your first issue has not arrived as expected and any inconvenience you have experienced. After reviewing our records, it shows your first issue of High Five was expected to arrive within 3-5 weeks from order date (03.15) and nothing has been returned as undeliverable. Your account was successfully canceled on April 20th. For the inconvenience, I sent a complimentary May 2023 issue. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive.       They are wonderful. Pleasant. and quick to respond and help with confusion. I was not understanding how to do a process and they completed the process for me. I now have things set up for my grandson to receive the next growing stage of his magazine. Thank you. *** ****

      Glad they responded next day for the address correction on grandson ******* subscription.
      Disappointed they're not resending any of the March - May issues that weren't delivered.
      Instead he has to wait to get July issue in June!!!
      Wish they'd told me sooner that **** couldn't deliver. ( I ordered it in January!)

      Hello Ms. *****, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry for any misunderstanding. Your order was received on February 3rd, and the first issue should have arrived in March. However, due to the address problem, the item was returned back from the postal service. The address information was updated by an agent on 4/19, and they also extended the subscription term at that time for the missing copies.       Highlights is an institution. Loved reading it as a kid, love flipping through them with my own kids now.
      Leaving a review of my Customer Service experience as requested by CS Rep.
      Had a fantastic CS experience! Quick, easy, concern was resolved in minutes. I was anxious coming in because I needed to update the address for our magazine sub. Subscription in my children's names, and paid by their grandmother—I didn't have any customer or account info, was dreading the "not an authorized user" response I've heard too often in other situations. No such difficulties here! I went with the Instant Chat CS option & the wait time was negligible, Rep was helpful, friendly, & resolved my issue without delay.
      **I am generally distrustful of Chat Assistance. Does Highlights magazine use AI Chatbots for CS? If so, it's among the best ones I've encountered. If not, then by all means, show some love to CS Rep ******. She was great.

      My Grandchildren love the magazines and activity work books.
      Lots of fun things to choose on your website.
      Plus I made a mistake and ordered 2 Hello magazines for my grandkids...I was unable to see what I ordered so I placed another.. Found some confusion ordering. Anyway left a message to remove one. And they took care of it. Much appreciated.

      Both of my kids love their Highlights magazines. The different age ranges engage the children. The stories and topics are perfect for each age range. They love reading the stories and looking for the hidden objects. Our subscriptions were gifts, and it was extremely easy to transfer the subscriptions up to the next levels as they got older. Highly recommended!

      I’m getting aggressive billing demands from Highlights Puzzle Club/ Puzzle Buzz / Puzzlemania/ Puzzlemania Super Challenge and of course they only have a ** *** **** in ****** **. I never ordered any puzzle nor gave any billing info but they claim I owe 11.90 for a climbing/basketball puzzle and 6.95 for shipping or they will “take further action”. I see many others have had billing complaints about predatory practices by this company.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding our Puzzlemania club. According to the club offer details, new shipments are processed and mailed approximately every three weeks until all available clubs shipments are sent, or the membership is canceled. We have reviewed your account and the last Puzzlemania kit was processed and mailed on October 5, 2022. Your account was cancellation on April 11th and all charges were removed. Please disregard any notices for payment. Your account is closed and balance is $0.00. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused..

      I wanted to change one subscription from High Five to Highlights. I didn't do it soon enough and was notified that my gift would still be for High Five. Contacted Live Chat. ***** was very helpful and took care of the issue promptly.

      I've been receiving Highlights for my son since he was about 9 months old. Today I used the chat feature on the website, chatted with *****, and it so smooth to make the necessary changes, so he would get the age appropriate magazines. She answered all my questions. I can't believe it was so easy.
