      I do not quite understand why it takes 5 weeks for a magazine to be shipped to a local address, especially after the pandemic where people could actually receive any shipments around the world in just 1 to 2 weeks time. This company should invest more on a smooth shipment to customers.

New magazine orders require additional time for the preparation for the labels to be printed and mailed. Once the first issue has been processed and mailed, a new issue is processed and mailed to arrive by the end of each month

      In October, 2022, I paid for a year's subscription to High Five, a magazine printed by Highlights for Children. The subscription was to start January 2023 and be monthly for twelve months. After a telephone call or two, the February issue was sent. That is the only magazine my great granddaughter, *** ******, has received, despite a number of phone conversations with the company.
      Could you please intervene? My contacts have not produced regular service, which is what I contracted for.

      Hello Ms. *******, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry to learn that you've had difficulties getting the monthly issues. Your gift subscription started in December 2022 with the Jan23 issue. After reviewing the account, it shows there may be an address/delivery issue as we've received multiple mailings back from USPS marked "undeliverable": Dec 23rd and Feb 26th. To help further assist with this, I've sent an email regarding this concern. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

      The customer service has been nice and they have tried to resolve my issue twice. My niece has received zero copies of a subscription placed in December. Hopefully this last action by the customer service person will work and raise the spirits of a disappointed little girl.

      I had a super experience with ****** in customer service. I have loved giving these magazines and books to my grandchildren. A regular reminder that Grandma is thinking of them. I prefer, however, to make that choice each year rather than auto-renew. ****** quickly and easily assisted me with removing the auto-renew. I am confident I will order again. ****** *
