      I was billed for a duplicate subscription that I did not order. I have a promise in writing on January 18 that I am due a reimbursement, but still do not have it. I have chatted with ***** and spoke on the phone to ***, but still no refund.
      I am disappointed in the delay. This is a problem which originated with you and you should be able to fix it.

      Hello Ms. ******, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. We always appreciate feedback from our customers. I'm sorry to learn that your refund check has not arrived as expected and any inconvenience you have experienced. After reviewing our records, it shows your order was processed as a response to our special early bird offer processed on November 7, 2022. Your duplicate order was cancelled on 1/18/2023 with a refund check issued. Refund checks normally arrives within 2-3 weeks from issue date. I personally sent a response to your email regarding this concern. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced

      The customer service I received was excellent! Highlights provided an immediate and satisfactory resolution to my issue. My grandson has so much fun with the Highlights products that we will be fans for a VERY long time!

      Hello, I had to contact Live Chat with Highlights about a mistake I made in my order. ****** helped me with it. She was so patient and very helpful. She rectified my order and found a better discount code for me. I'm looking forward to my granddaughter enjoying her first Highlights magazine the same way my daughter did when she got hers as a little girl.

      My young grandchildren enjoy getting their MAIL of Highlights as their parents did a generation earlier! Done so well to be age appropriate and engaging for a 2 yr old and a 4 yr old…they look forward to getting THEIR mail!

      I ordered the one for the littlest kids. Such a disappointment. It's really boring and our 18-month old, who adores books, is totally uninterested. Save your money and get several good board books instead.
