      My son has had all levels of Highlights Magazines since birth. About a year ago, he expressed interest in no longer getting the Highlights magazine, but the payment had been processed so we continued getting them. This year I tried to access my account but couldn't remember my information before the auto renewal kicked in. It kicked in faster than I thought, and the costumer service rep was amazing and helped. The only problem I had was the wait time. It took a while for someone to get on the chat or answer the phone; I had both going and was going to respond to whoever answered first.

      I used the Highlights "Chat" option online to access my account & age-up my granddaughter's subscription. Service agent ****** knew exactly what was needed & immediately made the necessary changes. And I received credit for duplicate issues without having to ask. My daughter & 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter love Highlights. I love their customer service!

      I have been gifting various Highlight magazines for neighborhood children for a few years. This year I needed to add a new child and had problems with the payment process. I went to Chat and was linked with *****. She was very helpful and took the time to resolve my problem. In fact we had 3 chat sessions in the past 2 days. The children and their parents are happy with the magazines and can't wait to see when the next issue arrives.

      My daughter is almost 8 years old and has had a Highlights Magazine subscription for 2 years, and enjoys it a lot. We decided to try the "Which way ***" series, and she loves those even more! I just bought her the subscription for that one as well, and we had a couple of billing issues but the customer care chat service was really helpful and eager to fix the problem. No complaints. Really satisfied.

      I chatted with ***** and she was very helpful. My mom used to give her grandchildren Highlights and now that she's gone, I wanted to send her great grandchildren what she would've sent, so I began subscribing a couple/few years ago. They all love it, so I am happy to keep renewing. Thank you for your kindness and help.

      I subscribed to two magazines - Highlights for the older grandchild, High Five for the younger. They accidentally entered the older child's name for both subscriptions. I contacted them thru their online chat option and it was immediately fixed. ***************. I still have some of my old issues from the ****s!

      Highlights magazine customer service (live chat) was very responsive and helpful when I reached out for an address change. We have always loved the quality of the magazine, something I grew up on and now get to share with my own children!

      I have ordered over the years for my granddaughters. They love receiving the magazine in the mail and love reading them. I ordered them for Xmas gifts. Great idea. Live chat was excellent also.
