      I found the staff helpful when correcting an address mistake and taking the subscription amount. I sent in a card showing a 50% off sticker for the subscription, which was applied, and came to around $34. When I questioned the 50% off, I was told that amount was applied...you're telling me I should be paying $70+ for a kids magazine?!! Much as I loved Highlights as a child and want to share that with my grandnephews, that is a ridiculous price to expect to pay for one year.PS My 1yr old grandnephew LOVES the magazine and his parents are very happy with it.

      Highlights has a wonderful series of publications for children! Currently, we send High 5 for our 5 year old granddaughter, but since she now has 2 little sisters, Im changing the subscription to be mailed to all of the girls. The Highlights representative was able to quickly make that chance for me.

      The magazines are great, but I was charged for a subscription I never subscribed for, tried to get it fixed with no help, and kept receiving emails and letters about the "bill".

      Hi ****. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and I'm sorry for any misunderstanding regarding payment. Our records indicate that we received a response to one of our book club promotional mailings for Puzzle Buzz and it was processed on November 15, 2021. The Puzzle Buzz Club offer presented the opportunity to receive a free kit, just pay postage, as part of an enrollment in our monthly book club. If you decided to continue your enrollment, it also explained that a new kit billed at $13.90, plus postage, would be mailed every three weeks. As we have no record of receiving a cancellation request after the first shipment, we continued to send shipments in good faith in accordance with the details of the promotion. Your club account has been canceled effective September 19th. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

      I needed to upgrade the level of magazine for my grandson and called and waited online to long so i hung up because I was at work. I decided to start a live chat, that's easier for me when at work. I did have a fairly long wait but can still do things at work while waiting to chat unlike the phone. So anyway chatted with a woman named ****** and she help me. I felt that I screwed ** my upgrade online ** my account and needed someone to double check and she took care of the upgrade and she explained that when the renewal came it would stay at the upgraded level of magazine i choose. So 5 stars for ******

      so far customer service is great with the online chat. I really like online chats way better than over phone. will hold off on 5 stars too see if this greatness changes down the road. Child will be two this year and this is our first subscription. I hope this magazine will be great gift for her.

      Overall, experience is good. Children are outgrowing the ages listed for magazines. I do dislike, and am sorry that others have shared the experience of, a billing with evey communication. The library I ordered the subscriptions for relayed that was their experience, as well. The hot spell here (112+) is keeping children home instead of at the local library. However, it was the constant billing that caused the discontinuation of the subscriptions (2). Thank you for your attention to this situation. ***** peace to you, CLB
