      ****** was very good with the issue I had. She did refund n took me off recurring charge list. Her understanding that my grandson is autistic n I have to choose according to the level he is at.She definitely was the best chat I have had.

      Excellent customer service chat! I received a duplicate order and the representative, ******, found the duplicate account, credited my account and canceled the duplicate account. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The representative was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
