      My soon to be 3 year old son loves his magazines. I started our subscription when he was just about to turn 2 and dont plan on stopping any time soon. Ive made a few gift purchases for friends kids as well and everyone loves the idea! I even had a small hiccup when trying to do something myself online and contacted customer support via chat (****** assisted me) and the issue was resolved so quickly!!

      Even when you contact them to cancel a membership, they still charge you and send the books.

      The time had come to "retire" our 3 subscriptions for our growing grandchildren. I requested two of these online, and ***** wrote back right away to confirm and to clarify regarding the third subscription. In our experience, Highlights' customer service is as stellar as the ******************* always have been.

      While my Great nieces and nephews love their Highlights I am a very disappointed gift giver. I received an offer for renewal and an offer to Please add this new gift. I am unaccustomed to paying for a gift and was thrilled to add the other family with my renewal. Imagine my surprise when you billed me ANOTHER $36.96. I was informed by Highlights magazine that the gifts in This offer were 2 items: a calendar and an activity book. ??. With many of my other magazine subscriptions I am invited to give a subscription gift to a friend/family when I renew. It is NOT uncommon and I often renew those gifts after the first year. Very suspect advertising Highlights. What a disappointment ??Didnt realize I had to read between the lines with Highlights. I expected more transparency!!
