    One day, for no apparent reason, my dashboard showed a " sign up " page. It changed from the normal dashboard so I contacted support. ****** ********* Assured me that she could see my account and that it was working. Which was the important part. She continued to track the issue down to find a resolution. Thank you for your help

    Coverage provided leaves consumers open for personal lawsuits for damages. Common losses to personal property like theft are not covered. Wind or hail being one of the most common losses in **** is also not covered. I would encourage any resident that lives in a community that uses Foxen's waiver program to purchase your own renters insurance.

Under the Foxen Waiver, the Property is reimbursed for property damage that you accidentally cause to your apartment from one of the covered causes of loss (fire, smoke, explosions, and water discharge and overflows). Foxen encourages you to consult an insurance professional to determine your personal insurance needs. Participation in the Foxen Waiver does not prohibit or otherwise restrict you from purchasing your own insurance policy.     There was an issue with my proof of renters insurance not being received when it was sent, however I am giving 5 stars because mistakes happen, and it's more about what the company/representative does to resolve it. In my case, the rep responded in less than 24 hours to my email, was communicative and professional throughout, and efficiently resolved the issue.
