    ******** at Foxen has been most helpful and kind. She's quick to provide solutions and resources every time Ive emailed her. The new system they implemented has been easy to navigate and gives me less work to do. I like that Foxen communicates with the resident too.

    While I will say that I don't care much for this company's practices, their customer support to help resolve issues is incredible. ***** had gone above and beyond to help resolve my issues and had turned this review from a complaint to a 4 star review.If Foxen were to change practices from automatically signing and charging people to something that one where a customer would need to explicitly agree to the terms with, I would rate higher.Again though, my experience with their customer service had been outstanding.

    Contacted Foxen to have insurance charges removed from my daughter's apartment portal since we had already paid for our own renters insurance. Spoke with ***** ******** and while she ran into some issues understanding what was going on with my daughter's account she was able to get to the bottom of the situation and refund the charges. ***** was pleasant to speak with and true to her word. Even when she didn't have a solution she kept me informed. I appreciate her integrity and efforts.
