My new ************** were installed in June 2021. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Mr. **** of Nashville! And when I had to make a recent call for a possible chimney leak issue, I received excellent service once again! Project Manager ******************* came out the same day I called to share my concerns. Not only did ************ inspect every piece of the chimney, flashing, ******************* cap, he treated me kindly, respectfully, & provided honest & helpful feedback. It was a true pleasure working with ************ & the amazing team at Mr. *****

Another great experience with Mr. ***** this is my 3rd time using them and once again I was not disappointed. 1 starI decided to go with Mr. **** after meeting with 3 other companies. They were the only ones to walk us through the products and process. We were especially excited that they did gutters too. Our sales person sold us with his knowledge and comments about his reputable crew that would get the job done quickly, efficiently and respectfully. Our roof and gutters turned out great but our yard was a disaster. Our garden beds were trampled, our shrubs were broken, flowers snapped and ground cover unsalvageable. On top of it, there were beer cans in the dumpster. I called and complained about the state of the yard. Our sales man apologized and said they would be informing their supervisor and they would get back to me. This was over the 4th of July so I understood it would take a few days to get back to us. After many calls, texts and emails to the company, I did not get a response until July 13th. I explained the damages and was very upset that the crew thought it would be ok to drink on the job. I even brought up the fact that our salesman made the point that he has passed by jobsites by other companies where the crew was drinking that you would NEVER find Mr. ****s crews doing that. The woman I finally got ahold of said that "maybe the cans came from their vehicles". Regardless, empty beer cans should never end up on a customers property. I had my security camera rolling in my front yard while they were installing and saw that they put a tarp over the garden beds but let the old roof material pile up directly on top. I informed the company that the least they could do was pay me $1000 for repairs. I am not sure if any of these beds are salvageable at this point. They said that they have never paid $1000 for damages and the best they could do is $300. They said a check should be received no later than August 8th. I have called 2 times, no response, no check. Omg, the salesperson ***** was great and gave me an excellent deal. The workers work very hard and completed the job even though they were short two workers. Also came out in less than 24 hours. Other company said four weeks and they were very expensive. 1 starWe hired Mr. **** to instal siding. The job was terrible. - they didnt properly re-connect railings and I injured my wrist when it broke off. -J-Channeling was amateur at best.- they ruin our wood gate. - I have photos of them drinking on the job. They left their empty beer cans on our roof after the first day of work. A rep from Mr. **** has since came back and apologized for the drinking on the job and apologized for having my wrist injured due to improper work. I now have to pay to have a home inspectors check all of their work. I dont know if drinking on the job led to poor work on the upper floors or behind the siding.Review fromTamara J

In 2020 we had our roof replaced on our home and was so impressed, we decided to go with Mr **** for our gutters and siding for both the garage and our home. Everything went very smoothly and everyone was great. Thank you Ray, *********************, and *******. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND. May be getting a call soon from our neighbor. My sales rep assured me that the crew knew what they were doing when taking down and then putting ********* dish back in place. I was worried and was told many times it would be fine. No it was not fine as I have no *********. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with ********* before they agreed something was wrong. The soonest they could come out was 1 week later. I was told they would be careful and do all kinds of precautions. Well there are long black marks all over the back of the house. They also broke a wooden post top on my porch. After I complained. I was told that it is normal for ********* to come back out and it is not their fault or responsibility to make sure I am satisfied because I signed the contract which said they will not take any responsibility on *********. They wanted pictures and proof that I was not lying about the siding. I was promised that someone would come out inspect the work and make sure I am satisfied. Never happened.Roof looks great, but broken posts, black streaks and no ********* for a week is not a good trade off. Once you sign the contract,your screwed. They will ghost you like they did me. I spoke to the general manager, and he said the project manager came out to perform an inspection but was only just made aware of the blacks marks on the siding.
