Had complete roof and skylights done. Looks great and the work crew was efficient and thorough and Whole thing completed in a day. Great job with clean up too. It hasnt rained yet so time will tell, but certainly dont expect any issues! Very pleased with this project.

Great customer service. Respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Provided estimate and explained repair process. Respected my property taking care of my roof repairs. Mr. **** responded within 2 hours and quickly assessed cause of the water leak. The technician, ******* is well trained to properly repair my roof leak. 1 starMr. **** of alpine in ************ ******** cheated me and stole roofing material I paid for . Over estimated roofing material needed for job . Used **** square for my roof but billed me for 26 square. ***** ,project manager loaded 4.1 square of shingles plus other roofing material in company truck . I asked him if I was going to be giving credit for the material he said ,no it is waste . So I am paying for building materials that is on someone else's house . The other customers are buying roofing material that I paid for . Was tricked on layers of singles by salesman ****************. Ened paying **** dollars more for job . Paging extra for a repair ,but don't know how much . ***** said it would be added to my loan ,DO not worry. ******* Damaged my gutters and siding . Told ***** . He just said tough. ***** never went on roof and was never on job site more then twenty minutes. Said he was running two other projects . Number of labors changed all the time . Crew leader would take some workers and leave for hours . Then come back later. Workers worked for 12 hours without breaks . Only had lunch break. Called the office and complained . Women in charge said she would get back to me . Have not heard from her . ****************** , has blocked my phone number . When I told ***** the workers had not installed decking correctly he just s raised his shoulders and said nothing . Did not recieve material list used on my job . Would not recommend any one do business with 1 800 ********* They staff just doesn't care about customer service. Also most of worker might of been illegal Mexicans . While it hasnt been but a couple days since my roof was completed, I have had nothing but a great experience and hope that doesnt change. Our salesman ****** was straight forward and honest. He did mention that they would do their best to put my dish back in as close as a position as it was before and I may need to contact my provider to align it. When the workers arrived, they were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. The ************************ asked if I had any questions about the job and spoke with me before replacing any boards that were not already covered in the original cost. Just waiting for the inspector to come out and review the work that was completed. 1 starShingles are covering most of the gutters. They destroyed existing gutter protection even though I had in the contract that they would work around it. ************ give me an estimate of $7,000 to fix what Mr. **** destroyed. They came out to look and promised to install Mr. ****** gutter .protection They will not return my phone calls and they have done nothing to help remedy the problem they created.Review fromDaniel M

Mr. Roof put a roof on my garage and separately replaced the top of my chimney. Very pleased with the work, speed, and professionalism of both teams. Office staff was easy to communicate with and friendly, able to get answers to questions quickly when they didnt have the information at hand.
