Completely professional. Worked nonstop until the job was done. Had a crew of nine hardworking men. Completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Salesman, is all yes yes yes we can do that no problem. Write up the contract to replace my roof and remove/reinstall my awning, I paid them 50% of cost $8k. But day before the roof install they tell they can't do the awning unless there's more money.
Woman that came to the house was incredibly rude and the man was just negative throughout the conversation. If I had canceled the contract I'm sure they would have charged me monies. Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience. I spoke to a couple of the people who were involved with this situation, and they stated the reason they couldn't replace the awning was due to it being an electrical awning that was connected to the home's electrical system. This is outside our scope of work and something we've never attempted before. We didn't want to try it on your home and have it end badly. They stated that they refunded your money and spoke with your insurance company, who said the hiring of an awning professional to remove and replace the awning would be covered once a quote was given to them. We had to reschedule twice because of rain, but they made it happen within a week of original date. The crew showed up early and got the job finished. The clean up was very thorough except the top of my garage door, which had some wood splinters and granules on it from being open during the job. Also one of the trucks leaked oil on my driveway. The foreman Eric was very personable and explained everything and addressed all of my concerns. The roof looks great and despite the hiccups with my driveway and garage door, I would recommend Mr. Roof to anyone seeking a new roof. Dan P***** was our salesman, he went up on the roof and looked over our chimney and other hail damage. He took his time and explained what needs to be done and how they would go about it. He told us about your products and quality, he told us about time frames and separate groups coming out to work, how the chimney would be first, then the roof followed by the gutters. We hired Mr. Roof to install vinyl siding on our 2-story 100-year old house. While the post-Covid supply chain and labor force issues delayed the start of work significantly, once the crew got started they completed the job in a workmanlike manner. Having done some roof work in my younger days I sort of knew what to expect. Still, the inspector Brett explained everything in detail making sure I understood my options and did not press me to spend more than I was comfortable spending. However, he did suggest some things I had not considered so when it came in under budget I decided to go with a better shingle and trim....still under budget. Decided to just go with Mr Roof since I knew someone who was happy with their roof done by them.
Marvin and crew were excellent. I was concerned they would not get done in one day since the days are a lot shorter in October, but they got it done and a couple stayed past dark to continue the cleanup...even swept off my deck, and better than I do !!. They mounted my replacement attic fan and antenna and even pointed it in the right direction for me. A few boards had to be replaced which I expected, but within allowed amount...I think four? Even though most of the crew did not speak English they were friendly...and definitely hard working fellas. I don't have much shrubbery so can't speak to that, but they did protect my lawn and sides of the house.
I was a little concerned too about nails in the driveway so Marvin said he would come back the next day to do a final check and did not even ask for final payment. I thought that was pretty cool. True to his word, he came back the next morning with a couple of the crew to double check things. I had done a walk around and had a few questions about some of the flashed areas which Marvin addressed.
In the end the guys did a wonderful job and the roof looks great. I am confident it will outlast me !! I can recommend Mr Roof without hesitation.Mr. Roof, Able Roofing, Crane Renovation Group & Contractors Inc

I would have rated higher but they did not contact me regarding my concerns. It was more important to complete in 1 day than to ensure I had quality work on my job. Crew came at 9am & told me that 3 workers did not show up. They locked the key in the cab of truck which meant they had to lift each bundle by ladder (more time lost). Placed ladder on the gutters. This was NOT to happen (they would use ladder supports). They placed 4x8 sheets of wood on the gutters and push onto the roof. Now that portion of the gutter has no paint. The correct way is place a ladder, then put the sheet on the ladder, then you can push it up (no damage to gutters). My garage is 5ft from my neighbor backyard. They did NOT protect her backyard (no tarp or plywood). Time was running out. It was 4pm & still on my house. Garage still needed to be shingle. Told me, no problem, they will complete today.
They completed the job at 9pm. Here is the issue. The sun sat at 7:13pm. IT was DARK. They finished my garage w/flashlights. Quality work?? Who knows what was done, you could not see. Next day my wife & I walked everything. There were cigarette butts & bottle caps on driveway. There were nails & splinters on driveway & steps. ALL of it was easily seen. We used a 4" magnet on the side of garage by neighbor. It is only 5' x30' and we collected 30 nails. So we went to neighbor yard & collected another 50 nails. Did they use their 12"magnet. I found a piece of plywood (12" X18") & wood splinters (some 6" or longer). A nail clip w/10 nails on my neighbor driveway. ALL of it easily seen. Why did they miss it? My guess is they were very tire & it was DARK.
Bottom line: We paid for the BEST package. We expect their BEST effort. The need to complete in 1 day exceeded the quality for our job. Why didn't Mr. Roof (big company) send 2 people to finish the job the next day? They STILL have not responded to any of my questions or requests.
