1 starI had Mr. Roof come out to my house yesterday 08/25/2023 to do a complete tear off and start fresh because of a bow I had in my roof the workers got here early in the morning around 7 no logos no one that spoke English so I could not speak to them. They got here put a ladder up and started ripping off my old roof. Later in the morning a lady came knocking on my door to tell me that they are not going to rip the old decking boards off because they were still good but they still put new boards on top of the old don’t understand why they did that especially if the boards were still good I’m not very happy about having that extra piece of boards when I didn’t need them and should of been taken off my bill but my bow in the roof was never fixed later to find out that they don’t fix structural issues. I never got a call from the project manager till 9. The crew that was here were all getting mad when I would go out to smoke and would all look at me and start talking Spanish. The crew had no care in the world what they tore up they stepped all over one of my plants and broke it. They also didn’t use all the materials that they bought After they were done they cleaned up got in there van and left didn’t say anything. I went out to check my roof out and found over 20 nails in my driveway and in my yard where my kids play plus trash I picked up what I could find but know there’s more. After walking around I noticed that one of my downspouts that I just installed was broken.Review fromMarla C

I had an out of warranty problem that was fixed by project managers Joey Herron and Lonnie R*****.
They quickly saw the problem I was having and repaired with the utmost professionalism.
I’m very pleased with Mr. Roof and look forward to hiring their company at my next need.

*** from Mr. Roof did a great job educating us (condo assoc) on roof material. After getting quotes from 3 other companies we decided Mr. Roof was the company to do 4 new roofs in our complex. We were very happy with the communication and hard work of Mr. Roof. The roofs look great and no complaints from any of the co-owners.
